Eco Interior cleans and maintains our office carpet and upholstery once a month. They always check in before each scheduled service to ask about any special areas of concern and follow up after each visit to ensure satisfaction. An A-plus organization.

Cleaned stone pebble shower floor which had stains. The result was 98% improvement. Workman were very professional, maintained a clean environment for their work area

I have been using this company for many years to clean my carpets. When I had large dogs, they always removed all pet stains. They are professional, polite, call when enroute and if they are running late. Also, always very honest and trustworthy in the home.

We needed some BADLY stained, high traffic areas/stairs cleaned in our veterinary practice. (Not animal stains, but foot traffic stains.) We haven't cleaned them since we installed them in 2009! The carpets came out amazingly clean and they were black in places, prior. They also came out that day to give an estimate and completed the job the following week(between Christmas and New years). We are very happy!

I needed a Cleaning service to strip, wax and clean flooring for a school renovation. Please to meet Justin and Kevin who responded promptly out of 5 different companies I called. Not only was it a prompt response but I had a fair estimate that I independently verified and a tight schedule that they worked with and completed ahead of time. Overall I am satisfied with the work, as my client was as well. In business I stick with the people who shows up on time, produce quality, for a fair market price. So ill see them on the next project.

Good staff

Avoid this company at all cost. They lie to the costumers by telling them they have availability to service their appliance then schedule the service call a week out. I missed a call from them, called them back 20 mins after and they said their repair man "has moved on" this is not the 1st time I have had the displeasure of dealing with them. I am surprised they are still in business after reading some of their reviews

I wish i went to Google review before asking this company to come and fix my fridge. They came 3 times , replaced the fan and nothing worked. Basically i paid them ~$300 to do nothing to solve the issue I have. I asked them at least to refund me for what they didn't do and they refused. what a bummer. stay away from them and from their creepy service.

PLEASE believe all the reviews here and STAY away from this company. The service techs are useless, I couldn’t even understand what one of them was saying because he sounded like he was slurring. They were not prepared…didn’t know what the issue what. The women answering the phones are rude, and have NO customer service skills whatsoever. One simple fix should have been resolved in 2 visits but they scheduled me incorrectly, and then didn’t show up. STAY AWAY!

AVOID AT ALL. COSTS!!!! Seriously. Read and take heed of the other reviews left here about MC Appliance. Their customer service is perhaps some of the worst I have ever dealt with. The right hand definitely doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. I have no idea how they stay in business.

If i could give them a minus i would! Turned up lied through their teeth about needing to check warranty despite the appointment being booked through the warranty service line and left. Appalling behavior and i would not recommend to anyone.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. On the scheduled date, they arrived late, and couldn't perform the work. When they returned two days later, they claimed that they needed to use a special tool in order to remove the agitator because a bolt was rusted. What Maytag repairman worth their salt would not anticipate rust from a part on a WASHING MACHINE ??? DOES A WASHING MACHINE NOT USE WATER ???? When they came back on the following day (3rd time) the problem had "morphed" from being an agitator to a new transmission costing somewhere around $680 ?!?!? I said NO THANKS.

Mike, the owner, came out and had my washing machine up and running in less than 15 minutes. He called with an ETA, showed-up on-time, and was very courteous. We would definitely recommend and use him again.

My Home Warranty Company referred me to MC Appliances. I called them on a Friday night after business hours; their Voice Mail was full, and would not let me leave a message for a call back. I then checked out MC Appliances online reviews and panicked. I did call MC Appliance again on Monday morning, and this time their Voice Mail accepted a message. I did get a call back later that day, and an appointment was scheduled two days later. A faulty part was identified in my appliance. The part was ordered and installed a week later. Except for my initial attempt to reach MC Appliance, i could not be more pleased with their service.

I needed my refrigerator fixed last minute and I called around and decided to go with MC Appliance repair. Mike did a great job, he was very helpful and did everything in the same day. I highly recommended!

They work for Sears. The worst in terms of customer service and punctuality. I had an appointment window from 8-12 and called them close to 1:00 p.m. when nobody showed up. Office person rather rudely tells me that the technician is running late and that I am still on the schedule. Couldn’t give me an ETA because the technician is not answering his phone. Glad I am done with Sears and I would never call this company for anything.
