General Contractor reviews in Owings Mills, Maryland

We found this company through a circular. The project to rebuild two decks attached to our home took all Spring, all Fall and into the Winter. Work was intermittent and there was always an excuse for delays. Once it was finished and after many complaints, we needed service on loose deck boards and uneven swinging doors. We were told it was out of warranty and there was never an offer to fix or service their own product even for a fee. More problems than we care to revisit. Reasonable price, lots of promises but tons of headaches. Do yourself a favor if you’re planning to use this company… and just don’t.

I needed to have my basement stairs TOTALLY removed and replaced. Eric came out, we discussed what I needed done and how to install a safety handrail, that previously wasn't there. The estimate was very reasonable, considering this company was my third. After signing the contract, work was started and finished in a timely manner. The work was completed to MY satisfaction and I couldn't
be happier. Will DEFINITELY use again and will refer friends and family. Thanks again!
