Horrible horrible horrible customer service if i could give this place zero stars I would!!!! We had auto payment plans every month well we got our taxes and we get them on the emerald card we asked to pay off our payment with that card because of a limit they would have to pull 2 transactions they pulled the 1st one fine but the second one they pulled out from our BANK ACCOUNT which caused our mortgage to bounce! When i called to politely make them aware of the mistake i ask to talk to a manager i try filling her in on what happen and she interrupts me and with a major attitude informs me thats exactly what happened cause she saw the transactions herself well then i let her know that no that the second time she pulled it from the wrong bank account and then she says well mistakes happen still with an attitude. I told her that she needs to learn how to talk to customers cause she should be apologizing and she then said sorry and i was like wow maybe i need to talk to anowner and GET THIS SHE SAYS SHE IS ONE!!!! Wow take your business somewhere else anywhere else!!! They DONT value their customers!

CRM did an amazing job with adding a massive porch to our house. They have been helpful throughout the process, and the team working on our project was very professional! We will be coming back for any future projects!

Called every day for a week leaving messeges and not being called back trying to set an appointment to start restoring our living room, only to have to wait a further week just to start even after the downpayment had been made. No communication between employees. They did the base and shoe in the kitchen only to have to come in and rip it back up to do the tile. Then REUSED the ripped up base and shoe. Does not look great. Left paint bubbles in the living room wall. Took almost 2 full months to do 2 ft of drywall on 2 walls paint the room, tile the kitchen, put base down and carpet. If you're looking for professional speedy service, keep looking.

This company does excellent work. They had to practically rebuild our house after a fire. Workmanship is superb, workers are courteous and aim to please. I highly recommend them.

We had a pretty odd ball list of random things that needed to be done.. Richard came out & ensured us that our whole list could be completed. Started the work fairly quick.. every day workers were on time, friendly & just overall great. We had a few small things that needed some attention after work was done (no fault to CRM) & every time I reached out, I would get a call/email back QUICK. & within 24 hrs someone was back at my home addressing what ever it was that I needed. I will recommend CRM over & over again. They made our house list of headaches so easy!! Thanks CRM!!

They remodeled my bathroom about 2 years ago. I recently had a concern with my faucet. They handled it in a timely manner. Each time I’ve had a concern, they were responsive and came out to address my concern. I highly recommend them. The staff has been professional, courteous, and provided outstanding customer service. Highly recommend them. I’m planning to have them remodel my 2nd bathroom in the near future.

I know this sounds over the top - but, we can't say enough good things about CRM's quality of workmanship and service. This is the second time we used their service after the first emergency, when our basement flooded six years ago shortly after moving into the house. This second time, we called to have our primary bathroom renovated to include converting our tub into a tiled shower; and our hall bath floors re-done. Their crews arrived every day on time as expected; all of the staff was responsive. The project turned out beautifully. We couldn't be happier and do not hesitate recommending them - We will definitely use them again.

I referred my parents to CRM to replace their front door. All was fine at first and then things began to fall apart. Within a few months the stain started to come off the door and transferred onto your hands when touched it. CRM was notified and the manager inspected the door. He advised that should have never occurred. The manager advised that he would talk to the owner Bill and come up with solutions to fix this situation. My 82 year old mother made several calls to CRM and as of today nothing has been done.

I would never recommend anyone to use this company as they do not stand behind their work.

CRM has been our go-to contractor for water damage repair and other home renovations since we moved to Maryland 7 years ago. They have done drywall repairs, installed new tile flooring in our basement and new LVP throughout our main floor, tore out and re-did our stairs, created much needed under stair storage, and installed a new custom front door (with vented sidelites). They've always been professional, competitively priced and quick to respond. I strongly recommend them for not only water or fire damage repair, but all of your home renovation needs.
