Definitely a 5 star rating! The Service Rep, Kevin, showed up directly as scheduled, quickly diagnosed my A/C problem, he had the replacement part there in his truck and fixed my A/C within 30 minutes or less. Great service! I am very pleased with the efficient and friendly service!

Very easy to schedule, I got a text and a call when the tech was 30 min away. Tech was courteous and troubleshot the issue with my hybrid hot water heater. Would definitely use this company again for plunging or HVAC maintenance/repairs.

Justin Brock arrived at our home to repair an outdoor faucet. However, the job was more complicated than it should have been because of the poor job the previous plumber did. For future plumbing needs, we will not hesitate to contact Warner.

The two technicians (including Kevin Johnson) who came to to maintain our AC system were exemplary professionals who took pride in their work, and were engaging in their interaction with their clients. Kevin has been a technician who has serviced our HVAC system and other miscellaneous jobs for a long time. Such a professional is the main reason why we continually select Warner Service for practically all plumbing and HVAC problems.

Great attention to our needs and flexibility in scheduling. It was a quick fix during the cold snap, but really appreciated the follow up with the technician when I needed more support with the radiator over the phone.

Dave Warner is the most efficient, courteous, professional and empathetic owner I have ever encountered. Not only did he call me back when I called to report a problem with my heating, he came over himself to fix it on the coldest day of the year! He called to let me know exactly when he would arrive and he not only fixed my heating but went back to his truck three times to get materials to fix my broken toilet and carbon monoxide detector! Ok when I say on point on point……called on a Saturday when they are normally closed. A few hours later I received a call back and immediately set up an appointment for Monday to fix a plumbing leak. Monday came and the Technician showed and fixed the issues. Very pleased with the professional and service. 💯 recommend this Company.

I continue to give my highest recommendation to Warner Super Service. They just came out to install a new tankless water heater on short notice and did so expertly and efficiently. Previously they did a more complex job with similarly great results. From Dave the owner to Kevin and Chase (the guys who did the on-site work) they were honest, helpful, punctual, and did excellent work. After replacing the totally ancient corroded pipes behind the shower wall and installing an accessible turn off valve (this did not previously exist), both my tiler and handyman pronounced the plumbing work "top notch" -- and these guys are quick to be critical but had nothing but praise. I highly recommend Warner Super Service.
