Jose and Carlos were absolutely phenomenal! They worked the entire day cleaning the air ducts in our house. They are super professional, hard working, & extremely dedicated to their craft. They were very thorough and also documented pictures to show us how they dramatically cleaned the mold off our ducts. I highly recommend JM Heating Cooling. Don't hesitate to call them.

We recently had JM Heating & Cooling install a new system in our home, and the experience was seamless. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, the team was punctual, respectful of our home, and very knowledgeable. The new unit is running perfectly.

Very knowledgeable electrician and HVAC technician, I have used Jose Melgar for multiple projects over the past 10 years, he has done large remodeling projects, HVAC Unit replacements, electrical repairs, panel replacement and many other small and large repairs for me. Knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy contractor. I would not trust anyone else to work on my house.

We ran into a wiring problem when we were installing (2) Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostats. We called Jose on Saturday night and he came out on Sunday and completed the job. He was familiar with the equipment, checked all voltages and was very respectful of our house. His fee was very reasonable and he did not take advantage of our dilemma. We are very lucky to have found him and will be contracting with him to clean our ductwork and dryer vent. Thanks, and A+ to JM Heating and Cooling!

My elderly mother's heat was not working at her condo, and there was a severe snowstorm with extremely low temps forecasted for the weekend. I contacted JM Heating & Cooling on a Wednesday, and Jose was at the condo in less than an hour! He provided a quote and advised what the repair would require. When we agreed to move forward with the repair, he ordered the necessary parts for express delivery so that the repairs could be made before the harsh weather arrived. Jose was there THE VERY NEXT DAY with parts in hand! During the course of the repair, he discovered some other issues, which we also requested that he fix. He was very transparent about everything he did, sending updated pics of what he was doing throughout the repair! Despite it being an older unit, we appreciated that he did not automatically try to upsell us with a new unit installation right off the bat. He told me he would do 'xyz' first and that a new unit would be the last resort. We are truly grateful for Jose's honest service and would definitely recommend JM Heating & Cooling! We will most certainly be using JM Heating & Cooling for all future needs!

Excellent experience working with this company! Noah was prompt in his arrival and did the required air conditioner repair with efficiency. They then carried out thorough air duct maintenance and extensive air duct cleaning. A thorough mold examination found a small accumulation, and the problem was resolved right away with mold removal. The technician left the space immaculate after properly outlining each step. I immediately felt better comfort and airflow. For any future HVAC needs, I will most certainly hire this company once more.

Paul the sales rep and the two fellows who did the insulation were excellent and very professional.They called ahead of their arrival and did a quick job.I can't recommend them more highly.

After having a brief conversation on phone, describing my broken air conditioner, the technicians at Nolan Heating and Air Conditioning came the next morning. They even came earlier than promised! They took less than 5 minutes to diagnosed the issue and managed to resolve it within less than an hour. I could not be happier with my experience with Nolan Heating and Air Conditioning. My AC went out on a really hot day. I called and they were able to get me in very quickly. They were professional and friendly; got my house cooling down in no time. I was so impressed with the quality of work and the price was more than reasonable.

Nolan Heating and Air Conditioning were courteous and scheduled my appointment for the next day. They kept me posted as to when my tech would arrive. My tech Richard was also very courteous and professional. We had some continued issues during the inspection/repair process but he stuck with it until the issues were resolved. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for maintenance and any repairs. Thank you!
