Really disappointed with JECO after a life-threatening experience earlier this week.

One of their drivers nearly ran my husband off the road while clearly on his phone. It was a very close call, and what made it even more alarming was that the driver never even looked up. That kind of behavior is incredibly dangerous and could easily lead to a serious accident.

We called to report the incident and were told the owner would return our call by the end of the day on April 20. That never happened. We’ve followed up twice since then and still haven’t received any response.

At this point, it’s not just about the driver, it’s the lack of response and accountability that’s most concerning. If this is how serious safety issues are handled, that’s a major problem. When there’s so little follow-up for something this severe, it makes you question how they handle services at people’s businesses or homes.

It shouldn’t take someone getting hurt for this kind of reckless and inappropriate behavior to be taken seriously. Very disappointing.
