Shapiro & Duncan DO NOT rent enough lifts for their man power. Instead, they encourage their employees to "find" ladders, lifts etc. From other trades to get the job done regardless of whether or not they asked permission to use such equipment. As of recently turning their attention to undocumented subcontracted employees and basically cutting any corner they can to save a buck.

Driver in truck 390 on I-66 in Virginia was tailgating, speeding and driving erratically. Very dangerous!

I had an amazing experience. A technician named Sid (I called him Sid the Kid) came and fixed me up really quick. I’m pretty sure any place will give you a good price or do quick work. But Sid the Kid is gonna be the reason I keep Shapiro & Duncan in my phone for the first company I call. They fixed my AC unit quick and we had really good conversation.
