My dryer was making a scraping and squeezing sound. I called Cinch home warranty and they sent a company that came out and said they were going to attempt to locate the parts I needed and contact me. After waiting 2 weeks I never heard from them. I called Cinch warranty and they called Refresh appliance services, made an appointment with them. An hour later Refresh appliance called me, scheduled for the next day, they arrived on time, had the parts on the work truck and repaired my dryer immediately, less than an hour. The rep was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I will call them for all my appliance needs. Thank you very much.

Absolutely incredible. They came out and fixed my washing machine working with my insurance was not easy, but this company came out after four different companies and they were the ones to repair it and get everything in motion for me. Incredible service.

Rashid was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service and effective communication throughout the service time. I requested an advanced call and he provided more than enough time. Even the gentleman who answered the office phone each time was pleasant and accommodating. It was A+ service!
