The work was excellent. All of our concerns were addressed. I am very sensitive to dust and there was little if any with the inside work. The rebuilt chimney is beautiful. We can now use our fireplace without worry. All work related debris was cleaned up with no damage even with difficult location of chimney ( next to air conditioner and many plantings). Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Highest recommendation possible!

The crew was polite, friendly and easy to have in our home for a few days. We feel good going into the winter months knowing we are safe from a potential chimney fire.

The technicians did an excellent job rebuilding the chimney crown and installing a stainless steel chimney liner required by Montgomery County for gas water heaters and furnaces. They were skilled, efficient, courteous, and neat. I highly recommend.

Two technicians from Capitol Chimney Service arrived during the specified service window. They put booties over their shoes each time they entered the house and laid down a tarp to keep from spilling ashes and soot on the floor. They thoroughly cleaned the firebox, the prefabricated chimney, and the grate. They climbed up on the roof and inspected the lock-top damper; they also inspected the flue. They sent me copies of the photographs of the cleaned chimney flue and firebox and the chimney cap. They completed the service within 45 minutes. This is the second time I have used this company to inspect and clean my chimney.

The job was a chimney flue insert. We had a very positive experience. I received text reminders of my appointment along with notices of projected arrival times. The crew was friendly and informative. They protected our furniture and art with plastic and drop clothes and cleaned up prior to leaving. Look forward to using our fireplace again in a few days.

Worked with these guys for almost a decade. Went to a few companies before finally finding Capitol Chimney. From the scheduler to the techs to the owner, Roger, this company is a friendly, pro outfit and great to work with. Very knowledgeable and experienced techs who walk you through issues, identify potential problems and options. They are considerate of your property and wear shoe guards. Their prices are very reasonable too. I recommend them highly.

Workers were very careful to keep our Living & Dining rooms clean but our screened in porch, which is next to the chimney, is covered with cement dust which we didn't notice till after some rain so the dust got wet and has now adhered to porch railings and furniture.😡
