The Arborist and his crew were very professional and timely. They pruned, trimmed, and beautified 4 trees in my backyard. The clean-up was fantastic in the back and front yards, as well as the street where they mulched. Highly Recommend and I will be using them again.

Just recently had a large tree that over hangs my house trimmed and primed. The 2 guys who showed up were beyond professional, they even went as far as cleaning my yard and gutters. Highly recommend.

We discovered a bagworm problem on our arborvitae trees… we called them and they sent an arborist out the same day. Then less than an hour later they were back and treating our trees! Can’t say enough good things about them !! Great company!

They had done work for me in the past after a storm a few years ago and Jay and his team were very prompt and professional,.yet this time I was a bit reluctant because Jay no longer covered my area, but I went ahead. My only complaint was communication. Not calling to set up the appt when they said they would call and not returning my calls after a week of waiting,.so i left a discouraging email with no response as well. Then after 2 weeks they just show up without notice,.this after i had already got 2 other estimates.,the only way I knew they were there was because of my surveillance camera going off,.therefore i rushed home. After expressing my disapointment in the unanswered email and in the after work survey where i expressed this debacle of communication, I still never even received an apology or an explanation!,. Just a bill for the full amount and no where to put my credit card info,.I guess they think everyone can write those kind of huge checks. So after trying to call to give them card info with no response, I guess i am gonna have to pull that money out of savings to clear the check due next week.,smh,.still would have been decent to get an apology or explanation if not a discount of some sort,..to the 2 guys that came out,..i know it wasnt your fault and i never meant to take anything out on you,.I was just a little ticked off at your boss and company for not reaching out before or after the fact

I've lived in the woods for 30 years and used a number of different people to help with tree maintenance.
Bartlett is by far the most professional team out there. They removed a 90 ft poplar for me yesterday. I watched in awe as the arborist climbed with safety ropes for 3 hrs to take the tree down section by section. They are my team from now on.

Bartlett tree experts are horrible drivers with a horrible attitude when explaining why I was upset. He broke checked me multiple times while going under the speed limit. Then stopped while turning into my neighborhood (says he had to slow down) but he actually stopped so the people behind me almost rear ended me. Then this dude decided to DARE me to report him to the company. Disgusting behavior!

Corporate franchise. Outstanding local Arborist, Crews and performance that I suspect is hampered and directed by Corporate dictates. Despite the superior on-site performance, I decided a shift to a LOCAL licensed Arborist and Crewthat be the best for our property management.

I called Bartlett a few years ago to help with two large Arborvitae that had an infestation of Eastern Bag Worms. That’s when I first met Garrett. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and helped us save those trees with a few treatments. I appreciated his honesty that we had a 50/50 chance of them surviving. Fast forward to this year we had 12 more planted and a few were struggling despite our best efforts. We called Bartlett again and Garrett has been so responsive. His knowledge and willingness to teach us how to care for them was appreciated. I can’t say enough about Bartlett and Garrett!
