I can't say enough good things about George and the staff at Major League Plumbing! From the moment I contacted the office to the completion of the job, I felt like a priority. George was super friendly and professional, punctual, and thorough. I would recommend Major League to anyone looking for plumbing services. I LOVE my new kitchen sink and faucet!

Our water shut off unfortunately on a Sunday afternoon. I called Major League Plumbing and an actual live person answered. George was at our house well within the time where he said he would be here. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem and replaced our 20+ year old well pump. It was a reasonable repair for our situation and George explained to us the process of his service. I would highly recommend Major League Plumbing! Thanks again!!

I just moved into a house out in Cordova and needed my water softener completely replaced. There was salt everywhere! All over the walls and carpet. Major League was able to remove, replace, and clean up the damage in less than 24 hours! They were extremely responsive, professional, and upfront. Ryan came out to assess the damage within an hour of my phone call, and Justin was on time the following morning and was able to even finish an hour ahead of schedule! I definitely recommend and will be back if I have any future issues. Best part is that they are also a locally owned business.

I would give more than 5 stars to Major League Plumbing. I called this company om March 25, 2020. I was having a serious problem with my plumbing, including my toilet not going down. Major League Plumbing was recommended to me. I called and explained my situation. I spoke to a very pleasant person who assured me that someone would be out that day. Within 2 hours George DeGrasse III, owner of the business, was at my door. He was able to identify the problem and offered a plan. The next morning, Justin Crawford, Well Pump Specialist, arrived and proceeded to correct the problem. I am very pleased with the entire experience Major League Plumbing provided and highly recommended this company to anyone looking for a plumbing company.

George and Major league Plumbing is fantastic! For most, water treatment systems feels like a science project, most plumbers I called had limited knowledge, eventually another recommended plumber told me to contact George. George knows his stuff, and takes pride in what he does. I'm a shrewd customer, and I do my research before spending thousands. In my case I had a water treatment/iron softening system fail catastrophically in Cape St. Claire, Annapolis on a home with well water. For those in the area, Iron content ranges from 10-20 ppm(for this home was 14, which another national water softener company though was unbelievable). I called the county, the state, and major water treatment companies to get an idea of what I was dealing with. George recommended a air injection with a dual tank softener, and integrated chemical system(existing). His recommendation was in line with the national experts, other local guys tried to sell me systems that were cheaper but undersized for the job, some never took the time to answer my questions. George took the time to explain ever facet of the system, gave me a very competitive price, installed on the day as planned, and followed up a week later to see that the install worked as intended. Major League plumbing is a business from a different era, and thankful I got to business with him. Check out major league plumbing, you will get your moneys worth!

I accidentally broke a shower cartridge when attempting to remove it and also could not get it out ( then could not get the water to turn off in the shower....) I called Major League Plumbing late in the afternoon and George was at my home in less than 15 minutes. Amazing response time! On top of that he was able to get the old cartridge out, pop the new one in and was out in less than 20 mins. They will be my go to from now on for all plumbing related issues.5 star service!

I needed a master bathroom shower leak identified and resolved. After looking at various Yelp reviews, I contacted Major League Plumbing. Excellent choice! I called in the morning for an appointment and was pleased to learn that they were able to come out that afternoon.

Robbie and Justin arrived ontime and after I described the problem, they quickly began the process of identifying the leak. It took us a while to figure it out, as the leak was discovered to be caused by poor caulking around the water jet hardware (or lack thereof when installed by the builder). Both gentlemen were responsive to questions and what-if scenarios as we collectively worked to figure out the source of the leak.

While I am able to fix the leak myself, Robbie and Justin were great to work with. At no time did I feel they were rushing in order to get to their next appointment. As with any leak investigation, drywall had to get cut - they did an excellent job cleaning up and were very helpful in moving furniture back to its original location.

I see why the reviews of this business are so excellent! Robert came to fix my garbage disposal and gave me reasonable options for fixing it or replacing it. I really appreciate that he didn't try to hard sell me on a replacement - I HATE when repairmen do that. While he was here I had him look at a faucet that has had poor water pressure since we bought the house. He had it fixed in about 20 minutes, and the rate was really reasonable. Can't recommend them enough.

Arrived promptly and quickly. Tucker was my technician and was courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Took care of everything quickly. I would highly recommend. I’m a very satisfied customer and will use this company for all of my future plumbing needs.

When I called about my water heater leaking Morgan was very helpful, she sent Jeff out to our house who was very helpful and professional he replaced our T&P valve. My experience with MLP was fantastic would highly recommended to family and friends thank you again

We called George and asked him to replace and clean up our plumbing from a new well pump to our water softener, furnace, washer, sink, pier, and outside hose bib. He showed up later that day and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He worked us into his busy schedule - starting in the afternoon and working until 8PM to get the job done. The quality his work exceeded our expectations and he took the time to explain everything, making sure we were happy with the installation. We wish we had known about him earlier, highly recommend his company and plan to call him any time we have future plumbing needs.

Woke up Saturday morning, and found that my well pump and tank had picked that day to “retire”.... I searched well pump replacement services in my area, and Major League Plumbling was one of the choices. Drawn by the catchy name, and excellent reviews, I made the call. George answered, had a jet pump and pressure tank in stock, and was at my house within two hours, as promised. When he arrived, he was courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job with the install of the new pump and tank. Water was restored, I was happy, and the family was happy - job WELL DONE! I will highly recommend Major League Plumbing, and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

I called them after another plumber didn't respond to my calls. Someone actually answered the phone and all of my questions the first time I called. They were able to get me on the schedule immediately. The service technician, Joe, was very courteous and professional. I had a question about the bill and Matt, in the office, was able to explain everything right away. The owner, George, even called to follow up. Everyone was really great to work with and I will definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing work. They send automated texts and emails for appointment reminders, etc. which I liked.

We came down to our vacation home and found we had no water. None. We called Major League Plumbing late on a Friday afternoon and a real person answered the phone. Just that alone was wonderful. Then they went into professional mode. They said Justin would be over in 15 minutes. And guess what. He was. Amazing. But wait, there’s more. Justin quickly identified that the water pressure tank had died. Thus, no water. Here’s the best part. He had a new water pressure tank on his truck and installed it. Removed the old, installed the new tank and within an hour or so our water was back.

Recently just had a backed up sink that was causing our dishwasher to leak (this has happened to us a few times before.). And when this "Backup issue" happened again. It was a cause of concern for us. I was also a young woman home alone while a random person works on my sink. Which, of course, did cause some anxiety for me. In the past, (from other companies,) we have had a few questionable plumbers from other companies in our area come to fix it. These plumbers kind of made me feel little uncomfortable, and the sink problem just kept coming back! However, this time was completely different! The plumber, (Tucker) was amazing and super respectful of me and my home!!! I had absolutely no qualms with him being in my house! Tucker looked at EVERYTHING!! And, After he was done, He explained to me (in a way I would understand lol!) what exactly was going on. And he even gave me a ton of tips to make sure that it didn't happen again! And if the problem arises again. I will 1000% call this company, and I will ask for Tucker personally! Trust me, use this company, I Would 100% recommend it!!!!!

Very happy with the work and honesty from Daniel and Zach. I called for a plumber and they were at my house in 30 minutes. They were very honest and fair priced with the work we needed done. My old kitchen faucet had a problem and only the sprayer was working. I started to install a new faucet and quickly realized it was more than I wanted to take on. I spoke to George at Major League Plumbing and he was able to make it out the same day. He was courteous, pleasant and very professional and had the new faucet and valves installed in no time. It looks beautiful and functions perfectly. I’m glad to have found my “go to” plumber and would highly recommend him to anyone.

George and his team are AMAZING. I had a sump pump fail at 10:00am with rain falling. After trying to resolve it myself, I tried to get a 24/7 team in to take care of the problem before flooding would be begin. Couldn’t get a response. Called George at 6:00am and he picked up, understood the situation, and had a tech out within 2 hours. Most importantly, I wasn’t home to watch their work. Their price was better than I expected and the work was completed quick. I NEVER write reviews. But the response and ethics of the Major League Plumbing was worth the time. I even plan on scheduling them for another job very soon.

I highly recommend Major League for their expertise, prompt communication and flexibility. I needed the faucet hookup after changing countertops. The previous sink had two drains and the new one has one drain, so I knew I needed a professional. I called two companies I worked with previously, and left a voice message. When I called Major League Plumbing, Victoria answered my call. I did not need to leave a voice mail. Lauren called me back within minutes to schedule the appointment that met my schedule and give me an estimate. George, Lauren and I communicated easily via texts. Robbie showed up exactly on time, and completed a professional install. He answered my questions completely as he worked, and although he knew there would be no problem, stayed while I ran a quick dishwasher rinse to make sure there were no leaks in that connection. He left the work area perfectly clean. Friendly, excellent work. I have hired other good plumbers on Kent Island. However, Major League's quick response and ongoing communication really surpasses the others.
