Price gouging - estimated a simple hot water heater installation to take 4-hours, when other plumbing companies estimated under 2-hours. Wanted almost $1,000. in labor, when others estimated half that or less.

William was very professional and knowledgeable about the leak under my kitchen sink. He was able to repair right on the spot which was so helpful! Very respectful and clean by using a drop cloth too. I will be recommending him to my friends and using his services again.
