The are dishonest. They lied to AHS and said they showed up for an appointment when they did not. Calls go directly to voicemail where they lie, stating they will return your call. What type of business lie continually.

GM Appliance electricians were awesome!!! Very responsive and knowledgeable. Parts were ordered and replaced within a timely manner.

The service technician was very unprofessional and was in my home for 2 minutes never turned on the dishwasher and STATED he couldn't fix it. I will never use them again. Stated he was going to inform American Home Shield and left. HORRIBLE service

I’ve been calling NO ANSWER on two separate phone numbers. This is AHS appliance vendor. Do not use them!!!!!

I'm trying to follow up with a part for my fridge to see if it came in yet and they never answer the phone. If you don't believe me try to call them during the hours they claim to be open today is

The worst never showed never called back lost a day of work. They work for American Home Shield. Run if they send them!!!

Avoid at any cost. Not sure why my home warranty deals with them, this is the most unreachable LLC I have ever encountered during their said business hours.

They did three service calls for my location replaced everything on my dryer and it’s still not working told them that I needed to get a replacement dryer when my warranty company called them they refused to come back to my home they transfer the job to another company very unprofessional after three visits to my home and they still didn’t fix the problem but they got paid

They should not be in business. No one ever picks up the phone. They also do not offer quick service. I believe they are writing their own positive reviews because there is no way they've offered legitimate service. They are a poor business.

They won’t answer the phone or return calls. I will report them to Home Shield. Substandard service. Their address shows a house in a residential area according to google maps…smh
