DO NOT USE FOUR RESULTS!!!! they came out to clean my upholstered couch... 3 days later it smells like mildew and the only solution they can offer is that I did “something wrong”. The manager was incredibly rude on the phone and said the only person who manages her is not in this country but they cannot offer a refund or anything except the person to come out and assess the situation. AWFUL experience.

Carpet cleaners never showed up for our scheduled time/day after scheduling appointment 2 weeks prior. After waiting for 3 hours after our scheduled time and no notification on their end, I called to see where they were. They didn't answer their provided phone numbers (again), don't have a website, and said they couldn't reschedule me for another 2-3 weeks after they finally called me back. I only purchased the service for a move out inspection and needed it done prior to the end of the month. They claimed I never responded to their email to confirm my appointment. I never received an email from them and don't see how they could have a business email when they don't have a website, and I had scheduled the appointment over the phone so why would I need to verify it via an alleged email that was never received? I was really counting on this service for my move out inspection. Now I'm going to be fined hundreds of dollars by the leasing agency for not having the carpet cleaning professionally done. It was a small task that has turned into a giant headache.

I booked a carpet cleaning for a 600 sqft condo I use as a rental. The technician got lost on the way and began service about an hour after he said he’d be there. By the time he got there set up, I had another obligation to attend to. I requested before/after photos, which I never received, and left him alone. Not only did he not get the existing stains cleaned, he left some new ones from the old machine he was using! The carpet was left rough to the touch and had an odor. Would not book again

i can honestly say my carpet and area rug. looks amazing my pets messed up the carpet bad. i told the MR.ED before he started. im not paying until i see the stains off the carpet. he told me no worries an indeed. i didnt have none. he got the job done. i was impress he took his time on my carpet an rug. looks new wow. i called stanley stamers before them and my carpet was not up to standards i was not pleased. when i tell you they did way better then them i am tell you use this company they will not disappoint. and on the lighter side they was not expensive. thank good and they black own
