Mr Bill Taylor came in, rectified a below par install by a different individual. He completed both projects for me. He is skilled, timely, professional, courteous, neat, and showed concerned for the level of service extended, products chosen and installation, and he kept me informed from arrival to end of my service. I will definitely use his company again. 10 stars!

Bill has completed six or seven plumbing issues for me at our last house and in our current house. Each time the service was excellent and his price was fair. He enjoys his work and is able to quickly diagnose the issue by asking the right questions over the phone. Today he fixed the flange on a moving toilet. Last year we had a disgusting sewer line break, and he fixed that problem. Two years ago he fixed several toilets. On another occasion he installed a new garbage disposal. Prior to that, he snaked out several bathroom drains that were clogged due to hair. In the last house he fixed drain issues and a toilet. I like that he likes these issues he's working to resolve and has a mind to really figure out what is happening and why. Once you hire B&C, you will not hire another company! Bill Taylor is excellent.

Mr. Burchell from Aqua Plus Plumbing is very knowledgeable, competent, efficient and CLEAN. I was pleased with the outstanding customer service I received from beginning to end. Prices are reasonable and compatible with most plumbing services. I like paying the flat fee instead of paying by the hour. He also provided tips on maintenance. I was pleased to learn that they provide bathroom remodeling as one of their services. I look forward to working with Aqua Plus Plumbing to remodel my bathroom.

It is good to know that great service is still being provided. Needing several plumbing issues resolved, I called Aqua Plus Plumbing. I was very apprehensive When the plumber arrived because of a bad experience with a different plumber the day before. I was standing in the doorway when this gentleman approached me wearing an Aqua Plus Plumbing shirt and introduced himself as Mr Burchell Bennett while extending his hand for a courtesy shake. He came in and asked me to describe the situation. After discussing the pros and cons , he gave me an estimated price and stated before he start the work he will give me the exact price after he obtain all the parts needed for the job. I was very impressed with his professionalism and mannerism. Me Burchell called me from the store to let me know that he found everything he needed and gave me the exact price that I will be charged. While watching him sand every pipe that needed reconnecting, he was focused, and patient until the work was completed. The water was turned on to check for leaks. I have found my plumber. I would certainly recommend this company for any plumbing need. I DID TWO THINGS I HAVE NEVER DONE: 1. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW. 2. I GAVE A PLUMBER A TIP. Thank you Mr Burchell for a job well done.

I purchased a property as a short sale a few years back. I’ve been looking for an honest plumber for a long time. Aqua Plus is my plumber for now on. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Burchell arrived on the agreed upon date to replace my water heater. He assessed the job and took time to thoughtfully explain what was needed to correct the problem, including bringing it up to code. He and his counterpart Malcolm did a clean, organized and professional job for a fair price, which was much less than an estimate I got from another plumber that was referred by Home Adviser. I plan to hire them again in the coming weeks for another job. And I plan to recommend him to my friends, co-workers and congregation at church. If you need a plumber in PG County, DC or wherever they serve, you should give them a call. Thanks Aqua Plus for your integrity and for taking pride in your work. Not all businesses can say that anymore.

I just had my water line replace refrigerator due to water leak by aqua plus and the service was great. The repairman Jack was very knowledgeable and resourceful. I recommmend aqua plus pluming company for all your pluming needs . And if you get Jack that ie just icing on the cake... 5 stars for me

Received a call from Aqua Plus plumbing in the morning of the service. Came to my residence, quickly identified the issue, and resolved the issue within an hour. Great service. I’ve had plenty of plumbers at my residence for major/minor issues. By far, Mr. Bennett was the best plumber that I’ve had at my residence. Thanks to Aqua Plus plumbing. Great job!!!!!
