I called several electricians but of course, no one would come in the rain. I kept searching and in a panic bc I needed my external light fixtures on my house completed. Joe was the only one that said he would be there..in the rain. He was all business, friendly, respectful and found out thru talking to him, he lived a stones throw away from me. Yep, I asked him to return for more projects.

Joseph was great. He told me exactly what the problem was, and was totally honest about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. On one occasion, he told me the change I thought I needed was not necessary and I saved over $500 because of that. Frequency Enterprise Electric will be doing all my electrical work as long as I live in the DC Metro area.

I called with a concern about one of there employees buying beer at 7:30 am in company uniform driving a company vehicle. I spoke with John and I was insulted several times told to mind my own business then hung up on.

If this is how the company handles the public who was only concerned about company image and safety them I would not want them on my job site.
