My parents, who are in their 80s, recently had a massive flood in their home one evening at 10pm. Brian with Bostonian was there immediately and made a horrible situation just a bit better. Their quick action and professionalism over the next few days were much appreciated. We would highly recommend Bostonian to others in similar situations.

Very nice people, however - hired to dry out a leak in a bathroom,
drying not complete, mold grew - requiring three walls to be removed for mold remediation and extensive rehab costing thousands.

They were excetional! Last night because of flash flooding, 10 condo units on the first floor were flooded including some sewage backup. They arrived promply and litterally bailed us out. They didn't leave until everyone was all cleaned. I can't say enough about their professional and dedicated staff.

Excellent restoration and reconstruction company with employees who are a pleasure to work with. Honest, extremely responsive, priced fairly, and take pride in their work. They can handle your problem from discovery of damage to crafted finish work.

Management (Brian Barthelmes) and field people including Brian and others were exceptional. Brian was very responsive and reachable, and patiently gave me his time and attention, explained well and gave relevant and helpful information to me.

In October of 2022 I had water damage to my living room wall. I contacted someone that said they would help me. Come to February 2023 and still no help - he eventually said he couldn't do it. I contacted Bostonian Restoration and they came out within days. They began work 4/9 and were finished 4/16. They were all very professional, answered all of my questions, and I think they went above and beyond. I can't say enough about them. I highly recommend Bostonian Restoration!!

A couple years ago, my less-than-intelligent upstairs neighbors managed to release 50 gallons of water through the ceiling into my kitchen. The flood not only damaged a large section of ceiling but also soaked and warped the wood flooring. The neighbors contracted with a company who they claimed would correct the damage. That company, Servepro, is a franchise business that claims to address these kinds of problems. I think that they are a scam. They spent two weeks in my apartment, corrected none of the original damage, caused substantial additional damage, and then disappeared.

Separately, I was referred to Bostonian Cleaning & Restoration in Braintree MA. It was like night and day. The people who work there are true professionals. It was a pleasure interacting with them. They performed exactly the way that I would like a contractor to perform. They reviewed the damage to my apartment, made several suggestions for ways to correct it, solicited my frequent opinions, worked efficiently with the insurance adjuster, tightly scheduled the several different specialists who had to come into my apartment so that there was minimal disruption to my life, and left me with a kitchen and apartment that looked outstanding. My primary contact with Bostonian was Mark Burgess. Another person involved in the project was Chris Barry. I wish that I could give you the names of the individual workmen who contributed to the effort, particularly the gentleman who sang quietly to himself while he was laying the new tile in the kitchen.

I recommend them without question or hesitation.

These folks made a stressful situation feel taken care of. Brian was responsive and on time with everything they promised. They cleaned up the basement sewage that came up from ground and did the wall cut out, sanitized and dried everything. I’ve used other companies in the past, but I won’t again. While I hope this never happens again, I am grateful for them. I was able to communicate with Brian directly to his cell. He was amazing l and always took my call. Thanks guys

Superb service my rug dirtied in a flood. I needed it back in order to move it to California and they rushed it for me and they brought it to my door with very short notice. These people are fabulous.!!

Mark was incredibly helpful for us this past month after a plumbing accident occurred. We were under a time crunch due to an upcoming trip. Despite the late hour of our call, he took the time to meet with us over face time that night so I could explain the incident, and show him the areas of concern before leaving. He then stopped by the following day to perform a comprehensive examination of the property for us, putting our minds at ease while we were away. Throughout the entire process, Mark proved himself to be knowledgeable, patient, and customer oriented.

I am so happy to recommend Bostonian Restoration, they did more than a great job! My neighbor had a fire that affected my apartment, smoke and water. Not only did they get the water out of both apartments they sterilized and moved the furniture. I always had a quick response from Bob with the answer/suggestion. I can't thank them enough for doing what they do best! I know who to go to if I, family or friends need this type of service-Bostonian!

Bob and his team at Bostonian are the best. I had a big water leak in my ceiling and water was flooding my Condo. Bob and team came immediately and stopped the leaking, removed all the damaged dry wall and started the drying process right away. True professionals. They helped me with the insurance claims process and were just flat out awesome to deal with. I very highly recommend Bostonian for any household service you may need.

Highly, highly recommended. We had a pipe burst in our basement and needed a clean up for raw sewage. Called Bostonian at 8 am on a Sunday morning , their dispatcher picked up after the second ring, and the project manager and crew arrived within the hour!
Very professional management and crew. Completed the work thoroughly and in a very timely fashion.
The pricing was excellent as well. High quality, professional work at a very reasonable price.
Ultimately we decided not to file an insurance claim, but Bostonian offered to assist us with the paperwork and filing if we had chosen to do so.
In addition to the clean-up, they removed several items that had raw sewage on them and also disposed of them for us, which was very helpful.
Considering the state of our basement after the burst pipe, I was very happy to see the high-quality work they did cleaning and sanitizing the area.

We had a flood in our finished basement. I called Bostonian and they came within an hour and started the cleanup. The basement was completely cleaned, disinfected and dried within 2 days. I also used Bostonian to do all the repair, drywalling, painting, and new flooring which they did a fantastic job. They also submitted everything to the insurance company and all work was completely covered by insurance which was fabulous. I highly recommend Bostonian Restoration for cleanup, flooring and contract work. Great Job!!!!

Outstanding service from Bostonian Restoration. Member of our family’s home suffered damage from cigarette smoke for many years and Bob and his crew went above and beyond to turn the home back to new again. From cleaning to painting to new carpet. Cleaned all the duct work as well. The home looks amazing. Great communication from start to finish and have to mention for a reasonable price as well. We highly recommend Bostonian. We are so thankful for all of their hard work.

I recently had water damage in my home due to a clogged HVAC condensate line. I called Bostonian Cleaning & Restoration and they responded within an hour to clean up the mess. The crew was very professional, and they took great care protect my floors and carpets while they were working. They were also helpful in communicating everything to me and the insurance company. After they removed the damaged ceiling and dried everything, they left my house spotless. I also used Bostonian to do the repairs and painting. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
