I called at 9pm and they were at my house by 8:45am. So far they’ve been great to work with- it only took 2 hours to set up initial mold remediation and Nick, Wilson, and Alfredo were friendly and professional.

Raffi & the crew were fantastic when we had a mold outbreak in our apartment. Raffi personally spoke to both my wife and myself about how we should proceed as renters and also made a case to our landlord for doing the job properly. We really appreciate the quality service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with an issue.

The Belmont/Cambridge division of Servpro superceded my expectations, they were efficient, honest and knowledgeable. I am a realtor and needed their services within a very small window of time and Mike Pridham and his team led by Sergip were amazing. In addition to having a wonderful work ethic they were reasonably priced. I recommend them highly.

We have 3 generations living under the same roof in the mid of COVID. Water damage in the toilet could be the worst thing that ever happens during this time. We identified water leak, called Servpro and got an inspection the second day, on site cleanup and mold removal in the following week. They are one of the most responsive and efficient water damage companies out there, which is exactly what we need. ServPro responded to a basement flooding incident, cleaned us up and dried us out very quickly, moved all the furniture upstairs while we put down a new floor and then moved it all back in place. Quality of what they did and their responsiveness were terrific.

I would like to give both praise and a thank you to Mike Pridham the owner of Servpro and his assistant Sergio. I own a building in Cambridge with 8 Apts and 4 stores. Due to the accumulation of snow and ice, I developed a water leak from my roof which created water damage to the 2nd and 3rd kitchens and rear halls. I called my roofer, brother, and Servpro and they all showed up very quick. After the leak was diagnosed and repaired, Mike and his helper then went through all the tests for water damage inside the building.
A few days later after the leak was stopped, Mike, Sergio, my son and the Arbella Insurance adjuster went through all the damages. Because of Servpro's assistance, my problem was resolved with the insurance company in a very prompt and efficient manner.

My daughter attends college in Cambridge, MA and broke her ankle on May 5th - right before finals week. We live in Arizona, 2500 miles away, and ran into a bind and needed help fast finding a company to pack out and store my daughters items over the summer. Her roommates backed out sharing a facility, the night she broke her ankle, and we needed to find something fast. I've worked with Servpro many times in Arizona and thought I would call the local Servpro in Cambridge/Belmont to see if they could recommend a pack out company to assist. I called thier office and left a message with the answering service. Within 5 minutes, I received a call from the Servpro owner, Michael Pridham. I explained the situation with my daughter and asked if he knew any pack out/storage facilities in the area. Michael first apologized about my daughters situation and then said they would take care of everything for my daughter! Oh, by the way, Michael called me while on vacation in California. He told me his assistant Sergio would call and handle everything. Within 10 minutes, I had a call from Sergia - amazing! Sergio and Michael bent over backwards making sure my daughter was taken care of while my wife and I dealt with our daughters medical condition- again, 2500+ miles away... Sergio brought her boxes and assisted with packing as well. Little to say, everything was handled quickly, professionally and our anxiety was short lived.
I've never worked with the Servpro franchise in MA but they were awesome from start to finish. Michael and Sergio bent over backwards to help and we can't thank them enough.
I've always believed that good people make a business successful. When you have a franchise owner and an employee that care, good things happen. I can certainly say without a doubt, Servpro of Cambridge/Belmont made our lives much easier.

I know that I will never be completely at ease with this mitigation/restoration/insurance process (I definitely don't want more practice at it either:)), but you definitely helped me feel that it is a manageable one. SERVPRO was quick to come out and start the cleanup, which is why they are getting more than one star. They never finalized the job though by providing an invoice, which is critical to completing the insurance processing.

I strongly recommend against using them for any job that involves insurance claims. Despite reaching out multiple times, 1.5 months after the actual job they still have not provided an invoice to either us or the insurance, holding up the claim processing.

Update 6 months later to 1 star:
When the insurance pressured over multiple months, ServPro suddenly cooked up an invoice without any details for a ridiculous amount, multiple times the amount the professional insurance adjuster had estimated.

If you want to save yourself troubles with your insurance, stay away from ServPro Belmont

We have been exchanging multiple emails and phone calls, so I am not sure why you are not able to tie this back to any record. I finally did receive an itemized invoice in beginning of May 2022 for the first time, 9 months after the service was provided. How many customers with the name Christian have this problem with you not sending invoices for more than half a year? Is this that common of an issue for you?

We had our house main sewer connection back up and flood the basement with disgusting muck. ServPro was awesome: they responded FAST and in one day had the mess cleaned up and the fans going to dry everything out. A week later they came back, finished removing the contaminated sections of wall, trim and insulation, and that was that. The project manager I dealt with, Anthony Salvi, was extremely polite and responsive. Having these guys respond so quickly and thoroughly to our emergency really did replace my freaking out with a sense that things were going to be ok after all. VERY happy with the service we got. Though I would hope to not need to call again, if the situation arose, 10/10 would definitely hire them.

I cannot say enough thank you to these guys they really go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to perfection. Raffi and the crew are awesome to work with they even came out on a Saturday to remove part of my flooring that had mold after removing ceilings walls and cabinets.

I've never experienced such professional and concise home service and especially for such a messy project...My basement flooded and I was lucky that my 1st call reached serv-pro and they answered my call live on a Saturday during a blizzard. They visited my property by Monday as promised. My friend had same flood issue and he is still waiting for his contractor to show up....It can be a very emotional and involved experience when huge home mishaps occur and especially when insurance is needed for proper repair. Based on 2 flood events when I have called Servpro of Cambridge/Belmont, two traumatic leaks, this company is just excellent and the people are great. They are nice, responsive, and professional. They are in a business that you only have reason to call when you are in a crisis, and from my experience I give them highest marks. The respond to emergencies, get right to the cleanup, and make you feel like it will all be OK.

For medical, infection control reasons I needed everything in my house cleaned and sterilized - carpets, area rugs removed, furniture and curtains. It was short notice and ServPro came in and did everything beautifully. They were very careful with furniture and moving things. The area rugs were cleaned, stored and returned/replaced when I was ready. The team was professional and cheerful. Communications and arrangements were easy - they accommodated my schedule and were there when they said they would be. I will definitely use them again.

I've never done a review before, but I have to praise Servpro for their fantastic service. The cleanup was fast and efficient, and I couldn't be happier. The site manager, Sergio, did a great job and my overall experience was way over what I was expecting. I highly recommend them and I will use them again in the future.
