This was our first time using a housecleaning service. We wanted a deep spring cleaning and Sunshine Maids didn't disappoint. The team was thorough and efficient and we were beyond impressed -windows, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards - nothing was left undone. Helen was very flexible with our situation and was good at communicating with us. Even followed up with us the next day to check how everything went. We highly recommend Sunshine Maids!

They didn’t just do the basics they paid attention to all the little details that most companies overlook. The baseboards, door frames, and even light switches were scrubbed spotless. They hand-washed the hardwood floors until they shined, dusted every corner (including ceiling fans and vents), and made sure window sills and blinds were spotless. The bathrooms looked brand new tiles scrubbed, grout freshened up, and mirrors streak-free.

JBP Carpets Care came by to clean the carpets in hour house. They were on time and very friendly. They completed the work in less than 2 hours and left our carpets amazingly clean.

Called this company and arranged for someone to come to the house the next day to clean two chairs. I was contacted by the representative and met him at my house. I saw nothing to indicate that he works for JBP Carpets Care - his truck was unmarked and had a Texas license plate. The guy was nice enough but immediately said the chairs would be triple the cost of what was quoted on the phone. I haggled with him and he knocked a bunch of money off the price by eventually saying I could pay him through Zelle. This should have set of warning alarms but I went along with it. When I asked him if he worked for the company, he muttered something about being a subcontractor. To be fair, he did the work (although the outcome was not what I had hoped as the chairs are still dirty) but I have no confidence that JBP Carpets is a legitimate business. I saw all the 5-star reviews which is why I reached out to the company in the first place but I have no idea if they are a legitimate business. If you go on Google Maps to their address and look at street view, you won't see a storefront anywhere - just an auto parts store and Staples.

The servicemen were punctual and professional. The job was completed to our satisfaction and we would not hesitate to use them again. We would recommend JBP Carpets Care to anyone in need of carpet cleaning services.

I feel generous leaving one star, as I have had an atrocious experience with Sunrise Carpet Cleaning in Dedham, so buyer beware. I've waited weeks to leave this review as I've given this company more than enough time to make this right. I needed my carpeted stairs and a small sectional cleaned and was happy to support a local business in my town. Big mistake. They gave me a price online that seemed fair - $225 for both so I booked it for a few days later when two guys showed up -- both communicated very minimally but I kept asking them if they were from Sunrise and they didn't understand. I asked for ID and they showed me their letter head that didn't say Sunrise, so I thought it was a mistake and an online search went awry and a different company showed up. I told them I wasn't comfortable, so called Sunrise myself. They confirmed that I was indeed in their computer as having service so "it must have been them." Later I deduced that they use subcontractors -- which they didn't disclose, nor did these subcontractors know who sent them. So, then they came in my house with their boots on and whipped out their calculator and showed me 350 on their calculator! I told them "oh no" I was quoted 225 on the phone and they said no, that wasn't for a deep cleaning. Oh, then one of the guys said the other guy was new and training.. I should have kicked them out of my house but I talked them down to 300 (don't ask me why -- I just wanted them cleaned and the reviews for Sunrise Carpet Cleaning were great) and 20 minutes later they were done and kept stepping on the wet carpet with their boots. It was wet so hard to tell but after it dried the stains persisted and it obviously wasn't deep cleaned. Two weeks later they're dirty as before. I have called EVERY DAY for a week straight to speak to a manager and am told every time "I will make it urgent, they will get back to you within the hour" for a refund (after I sent the after pictures where it's obvious they don't look cleaned) and no one has gotten back to me. I told them today I'd like to hold while they get someone to take care of this for me and was hung up on me. I called back and asked if the manager actually worked there. They said "he owns a lot of businesses so he's not here." Moral of the story: I was schnookered and wouldn't want it to happen to you.

Great job. We had a planned meeting on an unspecified date at 8:30. oliver, the technician, reached out ahead of time to let us know he would be arriving at our Dedham location in 10 minutes. He demonstrated a strong understanding and confidence in his ability. oliver did a remarkable job on the carpets and gave excellent suggestions for their future upkeep. excellent work! william explained the carpet cleaning process in detail and took his time to ensure everything was done perfectly. he made sure i was completely satisfied with the job. he even attempted to remove some stubborn stains on the carpet and explained the products he was using. he gave it his all and i was okay with it even if he couldn't get the stains completely out. overall, the team at sunrise carpet cleaning in dedham did a terrific job.

William and Jace were exceptional. They diligently cleaned my two carpets, leaving them looking and smelling fantastic. I plan on scheduling another appointment soon to have my rugs deep-cleaned.
