Kyle and his tree cutting crew are the best. They will beat anyone's price and do excellent work. They clean up well after the job is done and are very responsive to customers needs. He has done 3 large jobs for me over the years and we have been very happy with each one. Highly recommended!

I was driving in agawam today, coming back from getting food and this person in a big wood truck pullying a woodchipper pulled out in front of me from a neigborhood on to a main street without even paying attension and I nearly rear ended him. I thought he just made a mistake but I would see him continuously srweve across the double yellow lines and run stop signs. I really hope the owner has a talk with his drivers about being responsible and having safety be there number one concern

Richy's is a great value, no messing around, came in took down a maple about with a 12 inch truck, removed all the debris and ground the stump, all within an hour. You woiuld habe never known a tree was there, great job highly recommend them.

Hired this guy. 1st date doesn’t show. Second date shows and leaves. Apparently he decided he didn’t want to do the job because of his equipment and doesn’t have the courtesy to call me. Hangs up on me when I tried calling. Finally I get in touch and he said go find someone else. Beware to those looking for a reliable and honest honest tree service. This guy is incredible

I contacted Richy's tree service for a quote and he was going to call before coming to the house. He happened to call while I was at a doctor's appointment and so I could only talk to him for a brief moment and had to disconnect. He said 'he can't hear so well on the phone' so he could apparently not understand what I was telling him. He then proceeded to call me two more times in which I could not answer. I tried to call him back when I was free (about 30 minutes later) and he did not answer. That's when I noticed he had left me a voice mail which was the following: "Ok, I don't know what's going on, but...Ah, ya' know....I was going to stop by and look at it...but... Oh, the hell with it. I don't need it. bye." That is the level of professionalism you will get with Richy's tree service. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I cannot say it enough, P&S Tree service did an amazing job taking down a large maple and a cherry tree that were rotting from the inside out. They also pruned 2 other trees for me. They were on time, professional and courteous and made sure not to destroy the lawn or sprinkler system. Paul's quote was the lowest out of 6 that I received. I highly recommend that you calling Paul, you won't be disappointed.

P&S tree service did a fantastic job safely removing (3) large trees we had close to our house. They also ground out the stumps. The pricing was fair and they were responsive. Paul is a gentleman, and an honest, hard-working guy.

Scheduling a dryer vent inspection with this company turned out to be a smart decision. Technician Justin carefully checked the system and pointed out areas that needed dryer vent cleaning and proper mold cleaning. There was also a worn section that required dryer vent repair, which he fixed on the spot. The entire experience felt very professional and well-organized. I liked how he took time to explain everything without rushing. It gave me confidence that the work was done correctly and thoroughly.

Called to make an appointment last week for yesterday at 3pm. No one showed up so I called at 3:30pm and I was advised I didn't have appointment so I explained that you all scheduled this appointment for me. I kept asking for a supervisor but they won't let me talk with anyone else. So they scheduled me an appointment for today between 12-4, so at just before 4 pm, I called and they said they would have the technician on duty call me. It's almost 9 pm and no one has called me back. This is my first experience as I just moved to the area. I hope someone will make this right?!
