Technician Justin carefully checked the system and pointed out areas that needed dryer vent cleaning and proper mold cleaning. There was also a worn section that required dryer vent repair, which he fixed on the spot. The entire experience felt very professional and well-organized. I liked how he took time to explain everything without rushing. It gave me confidence that the work was done correctly and thoroughly.

Called to make an appointment last week for yesterday at 3pm. No one showed up so I called at 3:30pm and I was advised I didn't have appointment so I explained that you all scheduled this appointment for me. I kept asking for a supervisor but they won't let me talk with anyone else. So they scheduled me an appointment for today between 12-4, so at just before 4 pm, I called and they said they would have the technician on duty call me. It's almost 9 pm and no one has called me back. This is my first experience as I just moved to the area. I hope someone will make this right?!
