Very professional personable explains everything well

Aaron and his team did an outstanding job. We have used them on two major projects and they are very good.

We had them out today to help clear a kitchen sink drain. The plumber's name was Abbas Ghaffari. We had tried all the tricks, but could not get it. Not only did he get it cleared (needed to clean out the line with a cable), but helped me know what to do to keep the drains running in the future. Thanks!

Probably OK was disappointed that this company didn't even want to help with my plumbing problem. Too busy with heating customers to worry about plumbing. Should change the name to Steve's Heating and when we feel like it maybe plumbing. Need Plumber? Call Greg LaFontaine who will help in a flash.

I called this plumber and although he was responsive in returning my call, he refused to set up an appointment. What he told me was "they fit in small jobs" and would call me when they had free time and "could fit me in." For many people, they want appointments and not spur of the moment calls when trying to make arrangements for plumbers, electricians etc. Doesn't seem very customer service oriented. I ended up hiring another plumber and he told me Steve's Plumbing & Heating focuses more on big jobs and clients. Very annoying for a homeowner with occasional plumbing needs, but so it goes. I would not call this plumber again.

I have used Steve's for over 30 years for all my plumbing needs and emergencies. They are always prompt, courteous and efficient. Never had to call them back for the same issue. Always answered all my questions and concerns, although there weren't many because they explained whatever the process was. Steve and Aaron are great people who have recently moved into my town into a bigger place.

Aaron is professional. He installed a tankless water heater for us and the job was thorough and clean. He knows his trade and provides good work. Much appreciated.

Call Steve's plumbing and heating out of Agawam. Aaron is absolutely amazing .answered my call as soon as he could and showed up very quickly .him and his Apprentice we're done in like 2 hours they are both absolutely amazing. Highly recommend anyone that has to do plumbing or heating to call Stephens and talk to Aaron

Aaron replaced my Mother in-laws boiler. She was very happy with his service, and professionalism. He was even able to give us a referral to have someone do the asbestos and old furnace removal company . This was a huge help. I highly recommend this company

Just had my old boiler replaced. Aaron promptly returned phone call. They arrived at the exact time he said, and did a very good job - even the plumbing inspector mentioned what a nice, clean job they did!!! Would HIGHLY recommend Steve's Plumbing - they do a wonderful job and don't rip you off in the process!!! I hope I don't need any more plumbing work done for awhile, but it's very reassuring to know that I have a great company to call that I can trust to do great work!!!

Incredible service! Aaron was responsive, professional, and extremely reasonably priced. He replaced my hot water heater, added an expansion tank, and fixed a few minor sink and shower issues. We moved our family to Agawam a few years ago and plan on using their services from here on out. Highly recommended!

Aaron and Omar replaced all the failing water lines in my house, fixed previous shoddy work, and installed a new kitchen sink, toilet, washer/dryer hookups, and two exterior water lines. That’s a lot of work! It was all done perfectly and for a reasonable price. I’m lucky I found Steve’s and will be sticking with them for all future plumbing needs.

Aaron was professional, communicative and honest. He replaced my boiler and hot water heater with a combi unit. The inspector that came by after the work was complete raved about the job saying it was ‘not just good, it is excellent’ and was very impressed.
I will use Aaron again for any future plumbing and heating needs.

Aaron is professional, efficient and his pricing is fair. I've been associated with the plumbing and heating industry in the past so I know he knows his profession well. That's why when I need any plumbing work done I call Aaron at Steve's Plumbing and Heating.

Aaron replaced a cracked boiler for me a year ago, and it was the best price around.. Not only that, the workmanship was excellent and quite prompt. This year another boiler I had cracked (in a duplex it was the other unit) Aaron replied to my message within an hour. I was at work so I wasn't able to answer but he also called back again after hours just to make sure he made contact.
I am beyond impressed by his dedication to excellent customer service. He also speaks to you like a friend and not like many corporate type operations who are very cut-and-dry type discussions with no interest in imput from the customer.
Thanks for everything you do Aaron! heating emergencies are a crisis and I appreciate keeping the helpful vibe.

I contacted Steve's Plumbing and Heating because he was recommended by another small company that doesn't do boiler installs.

Here's the scenario: My boiler fails in the dead of winter with single digit temps in the forecast. I contacted Steve's via their website early on a Saturday. After some discussion via text, the next day he sent me a proposal with a reasonable quote for the work.
He stated that he could do the job on Wednesday and offered to waive the 50% deposit that he usually requires because it was short notice. You rarely see that from any business these days, let alone a small business. Aaron and his crew arrived on Wednesday as promised, and completed the install promptly and professionally. Needless to say, I'm very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship that went into installing my new boiler.

I am an extremely satisfied customer and would highly recommend Steve's for this type of work.

As for the negative reviews here, at the beginning of this review I stated that Steve's was recommended by another company. Should I leave a negative review for that company because they don't do the big jobs even though plumbing and heating is a part of their name? That company specialized in the small jobs, but they did at least point me toward a quality installer with reasonable prices. That in itself had value.

Called Aaron (the owner) on Monday, sent pics and dimensions Tuesday, spoke on phone Wednesday and Thursday morning had a boiler, some new piping and everything working perfectly in 90 minutes. VERY reasonable pricing, very prompt service and just and all around nice guy. I cannot give more than 5 stars but I wish I could. I highly- very highly- recommend contacting him for your plumbing needs.
