These guys where great. I wish I could give them 6 stars I have a 104 year old house and for some reason about 15 feet of it was made of wood. So of course they had to remake the vent in metal It turned out to be a little harder to do than expected but it was done in 1 day and was really happy with the price wich didn't go up even though it was a harder job than thought. These guys no there stuff and are really fair on there price

Not sure if the guy they sent was new but he was not informative at all. Responses to my questions were short, not detailed or explanatory as I would have liked since I'm clueless about heating systems lol. Anyways, the guy took down my email and said he would send me a quote. 4 days later, I'm still waiting on my quote. I did call to follow up on the quote, but no nothing still, no call back. I'm shocked because one of the reasons I chose this company was the good reviews on here so I was not expecting this kind of service at all.

I got literally 5 quotes. 1 was for the same type of equipment. They were all more expensive and not by a little. I know the saying "you get what you pay for" but there is also the saying "you pay more when you don't shop enough" The quote was great, the install was smooth, he handled the inspections for our oil to gas conversion project, dealt with Unitil for us. Truly took care of start to finish with no issues. Very professional, clean and smart staff. I highly recommend Twin City! Feel free to write me for any info/reference.
