I’m so glad I went with Collins Family Tree Experts. After getting many high quotes from other arborists, Collins won for the best quote. They removed 3 fallen trees from my property, and when work was done they cleaned up the extra wood chips on the lawn. Will be doing business with them again.

I needed a towering Norwegian Maple cut done this past week and the experience was excellent. The crew was highly skilled and professional and on a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 100. The owner was also kind enough to prune another Maple that had some limbs overhanging the power lines at no extra charge. I will use only them for all my tree-related needs.

Very happy with the work done by Steve and his crew. They took down five trees, were prompt, professional, and cleaned up the area so well you would never know they were there. I highly recommend them.

We had numerous huge oaks and cactus pines (probably 80 feet and taller) along the front of our property, many of them dead and threatening to fall on our home since we live on the banks of the Merrimack. Steve and his crew were there early in the morning and worked straight through until nearly 6pm. They were friendly, professional, and the price was very reasonable. They certainly knew their trade, weaving their basket between power lines to drop these monsters. At the end of the day there was one tree left that they could not get, the basket couldn't reach because of the pitch of the hill, and their climber was out. Steve said he would return in a couple days with his climber to remove the last tree, and he refused payment until they did. No complaints at all from me. I will be hiring them again to do some more work in our back yard.

I am very happy I went w/this crew. If I don’t look up and see the tree missing I’d never know these guys were on my property.

Steve and his crew did a great job removing a large dead ash tree, oak stump and pruning smaller elm trees. Expert work, perfect cleanup and carefully covered my lawn to prevent tire gouges. Job well done!

Collins Family Tree arrived at the exact time expected..Steve, his equipment and the crew worked through the day on a difficult job.. They removed a very large group of trees being strangled by massive Wisteria Vines.. They cleared the entire area and all debris..
This is the 2nd time they’ve done work here. Last Spring they removed or trimmed back 7 trees hanging dangerously close to a neighboring house..

Their price was fair for the amount of trees and brush piles that had to be removed from the property. Steve, his father, and another assistant showed up at property the week in which Steve gave when he quoted the job. They worked all day the 1st day and was able to complete the work in a day and half. They were approachable, pleasant, and answered any of my questions.

Steve and his crew were excellent. Professional and friendly. Cut down 5 huge trees, (pines, oaks and a maple). The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Collins for your tree service.

Steve and his team did a fantastic job cleaning up some huge limbs in a tight area. I couldn't have been happier with the end result. The team even took a few extra limbs down they felt were at risk of hitting my kids swing set. Way above and beyond what needed to be done.

Cant say enough good things about Collins! They did an amazing job on our yard with 20+ trees to take down. They were out there for almost a week working hard and barely taking any breaks. They left our yard looking FAR better then before they came. We will continue to use them for all our tree needs and recommend them for all our family and friends!

I recently hired Steve Collins (owner) of Collins Family Tree Experts to remove six large oak trees from my property. Steve came out to my house and was able to quickly assess what needed to be done, schedule a date , , and what to expect when they arrive. He and his team arrived on schedule and completed the work over the next two days (incidentally three of these oaks towered over 60 ft.) I am a hard to please home owner who expects a high standard and good work ethic and I found all of this to be true of Steve and his family. He is honest and a pleasure to have at our home, Thank You Steve !

Steve has removed trees from our yard a couple times now. He is responsive when planning out the tree removal and follows through with his word. Steve made sure the weather , our home environment and surroundings were always safe before taking down any trees. Collins is a great family owned business that did everything right for me. I’ve used their services a few times over the past couple years, each time to take down a number of dying ash trees. They worked quickly and safely to get the job done and the prices were very reasonable. I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere for future tree services and would recommend them 100%.
