Called this place and scheduled a rug pick up. They no showed on me the day of and called me several hours later to reschedule. I passed on that.

They did offer a discount for recurring customers. Due of how well the initial service went, I decided to stick with them.

I couldn’t stop talking about this company to my friends and workmates after the excellent work they did with our carpets!!

Avoid this company! I was quoted for steam cleaning services for my carpets and instead they just vacuumed with tap water. They also tried to swindle us and charge us an extra $300 just to add cleaner to that bucket of tap water. This was a scam.

OK,. As my wife just said, he does this for a job, but it's his *profession*--that is, doing a perfect job is what he cares about first and foremost. In a previous visit, he was the 3rd and only one who worked until a smell problem from our dogs was...gone. In today's visit, he did ever single rug perfectly, conscientiously. . He's also friendly...and so knowledgable.

Servicemen arrived promptly and made careful preparations to clean stair carpet. They promised to do their best which they certainly did, working very hard. I just couldn't believe the final result which was almost like new carpet.
