Called 5 times about purchasing a generator. No one ever answers and the calls go to a extension voice mail after you select sales. I left a message over a week ago but still no return call.

Great service. Came out late on a Sunday evening to fix an issue, same day. Wish more companies treated customers this way. Will happily refer Metrowest Power to anyone looking for a generator.

I made a phone call to get information on service contracts. Within the hour, I heard from Beth who explained the process with her company, She made a couple of great suggestions and now I am all set going forward. I used to do business with another company but they went out of business and I was trying to find another company as good as they were and Metrowest Power is it!, plus they are a Generac company and that is what my generator is, so it is perfect! I am so looking forward to do business with Metrowest Power!!

I want to share my very positive experience working with MetroWest Power. Mike was very patient in answering all of my questions regarding what size generator would work best for me. He committed to an 2 day installation a couple of weeks out and called the day before the start date and asked if he could bring the unit over early and set it up to give his crew a head start on the first day. Josh and Fred showed up at 8:15 ( as promised) and were very willing to answer any questions and kept us in the loop regarding when they would have to shut down the power to install the board for the generator. They worked in over 90 degree heat and never slowed down. (PS- I had a landscaping crew that left at noon that day because the heat was so oppressive.) Josh and Fred are extremely knowledgable, professional and very courteous. They actually finished in 1 day and left my basement spotless! Their gas guy was also very thorough and worked thru the extreme heat without a complaint.
Unfortunately over the last few years it's been hard to find a company that over delivers and shows up on time. I would recommend them without hesitation and even (IF) it costs a little more than other companies, it will be well worth it.

During fall of 2016, we decided to install a 22KW Generac to our 5,000 sqft house. Since we did not have natural gas in our house, the project became complicated, we buried a 500 gallon propane tank. I have requested quote from three dealers. Mike's pricing was good but what differentiated Metrowest Power from other dealers is their attention to detail. We moved forward with Metrowest Power and they have done an amazing job with the generator installation as well as electric cable conduits and electric panel reconstruction. The project is completed on time within budget. The team cleaned up the perimeter when entire project is completed. Mike and his team is the best decision you will make for your generator purchase.

We had an excellent experience working with Mike and the entire team at MetroWest. Mike worked to understand our needs, suggested the best options for our family, and built a custom plan including an appropriately sized generator, surge protection, auto-transfer switch, and wiring from the desired pad location to the electrical panel. The construction process was easy, and the crew was exceptional. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and appreciate Mike and team for their efforts.

It was really great working with MetroWest to install a 16kW Generac standby
generator. Mike was extremely responsive via email, which I really appreciated.
By the end of the project, I think our email chain had grown to about 30 emails
or so. He answered every question we had.

Also, I have to add that MetroWest's electrician, Josh, was phenomenal. He was
so easy-going, encouraged questions, gave honest opinions and very detailed
answers to everything. Really could not have been any better. In the course
of installing the generator, we also had MetroWest replace our entire aging
electrical panel. Josh pointed out areas of improvement and helped us get
our setup up to code. Namely, our house wasn't properly grounded previously,
but they fixed that. They also cleaned up our messy electrical setup on the
exterior of our house. Josh also installed a surge suppressor in order to help
protect our electronics from power surges.

Even when we had questions weeks after the install, Josh got back to us right
away.

If you're wondering about noise from the generator, I've attached a video (plus an assortment of pictures) to give you an idea. Keep in mind that I'm standing right next to the generator, so it sounds very loud. When we're inside the house with the windows closed, it sounds more like a dull hum.

Overall, it could not have gone any better. If we ever have a chance to use
MetroWest again in the future, we won't hesitate. We look forward to working
with them on future generator maintenance!

If I could give Metrowest Power 6 Stars, I would! I started researching the purchase of a home generator approximately 6 weeks ago. I contacted multiple companies and met with several representatives. After weighing all my options, I chose Metrowest Power and I am sure glad that I did!

Mike came out to survey the property. He was knowledgable, courteous, and before he left, I was able to ask him multiple questions. He did not make me feel rushed, explained the process and I had a quote before I knew it.

After receiving all the quotes, Metrowest Power was the lowest price by more than $1,100.00 dollars AND they were the only company that could deliver a 24kW Generac generator versus an 18kW. This told me everything I needed to know.

Mike, Josh, and Gary showed up promptly and within minutes they were already at work. From the time they arrived, to the time they completed the installation, they were polite and professional, kept me informed and answered all of my questions. Once the work was completed, Josh reviewed the operation of the generator and then encouraged any and all questions. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I could not be happier with the experience I had with Metrowest Power!

If you are considering a whole home generator, do yourself a favor and call Metrowest Power!

John worked on our bath remodel. He was great! I highly recommend him. John is very personable, honest & dependable.

Jonathan installed recessed lights in our livingroom and did a great job. He is both professional and explains what he is doing while making sure you are happy!

Jon installed several new lighting fixtures in my home as well as a new outlet. He was professional polite and punctual as well as reasonable. I would and have recommended him to others. He responds quickly to calls.

My house lost neutral, sending high voltage through it. John was called immediately after power company disconnected us from the street. Without loosing a beat, John started testing, where others by comparison just started throwing numbers at me, without lifting a finger. This was a deciding factor for hiring him. He worked with my excavation guy, and trenched new line of almost 400 feet to the street, installed new meeter box, and whole house surge protector, passing inspection on first attempt. John worked diligently to see entire house's electrical wiring was tested and functional to code. I have hired John on subsequent smaller project, and now he is my goto electrician! Do not hesitate, he is the right guy!

I highly recommend! When I needed my oven wired in my new store he was recommended to me. He was quick to respond to my call and when he came to do the work he was punctual and professional. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. I will definitely be calling him in the future for any other electrical needs.

Jon came to disconnect wires that ran outside from my electric panel so we wouldn’t risk pulling them out while digging up the yard. Not only did he track down which wires were which and disconnect them, he also willingly gave advice for how we might add new outdoor lighting. He followed up quickly after with suggestions for lights and switch arrangements. I’ll definitely be going straight to Jon next time I need electrical work done!
