A huge shout out to Natick Tree Service! We had a tree fall in my backyard they were able to get rid of and they were also able to trim several overgrown trees we’ve been struggling with. The crew was super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended them for any tree removal or trimming services you probably need!

Team was supposed to do a deep cleaning. They arrived at 9am and were gone by 10am. When I returned to the house, and checked under the beds, I noticed that there was still a lot of dust under the furniture. I expected this would be part of deep cleaning and since my wife and I had spent the prior day cleaning, there was not much else for the team to do. I tried to call to get them back but only got voicemail. No return call. Still no return call.

Service was excellent. Julio was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very clear with his explanations of what needed to be done. He was also very respectful when entering our house especially in the current environment.

Will definitely use him again.

We needed a last minute towel and linen order, and received a quick response and fulfillment the next day. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and helpful.

Great service, professional and very responsive!

Lack of communication between staff of rescheduling my appointment since their equipment was in the shop and couldn’t get to my first appointment. I Spent too much time trying to see when my appointment was going to be after getting another email notice of delay.
Julio can for my irrigation shut off appointment. He was extremely nice and professional. He had a very bad cold as I could hear and he also told me. I would appreciate and suggest that your staff wear a mask before entering any clients home. Covid and colds are really spreading.

Julio knows what to do . He’s great!! With his sidekick, the digger, they are a team with all the answers and the work gets done.

Warren, Christian and Maria made it super easy to get our Irrigation System’s Annual Maintenance Program as well as a small repair set up and scheduled. We were out of the country at the time, and I knew I could trust everything over to Cross Services. As expected, they were all over it and got everything in place with a minimum amount of effort. Thank you!

First time using service for a changeover cleaning. Renters found a spoon and dust under one of the beds so it causes me to question how thorough the entire cleaning was.

9/13/2023 update. An employee called me to follow up and discuss the overall quality of the cleaning. This employee said they’d communicate with the cleaners the need to be more thorough next time. I appreciated the call and the effort.

These guys were timely, professional and did a great job! It was late in the season as leaves were slow to drop this year, but they managed to fit us in. We will be returning customers for many years to come, after having poor experiences too many times with fly-by-night companies. Thank you Cross Services!!!

Thank you to the two gentlemen who tackled the high window in my living room. They did a fine job with that as well as the windows outside!

Poor Monica arrived at 2 pm having cleaned 3 houses solo because her partner "had a problem." I absolutely had to have my whole house done (small, only one bath, but I had gotten behind with dusting and mopping) before my family is coming to visit. She worked hard for a little over 3 hours and did everything I asked. I am still stunned that no one alerted me to #1, the delay of 2 hrs beyond what I had been told, and #2, that there would be only one cleaner. I was planning to get a ton of errands and tasks done today after "the cleaners" left by 1:30. As it is, Monica and I just said good bye at 5:07 pm. I have deleted my credit card and hope you'll see the logic of giving me half off for this awful situation both Monica and I had to go through today. I will then pay you by the credit card. If I add a $20 tip for Monica, can you please confirm that she will receive it? She ended up doing a great job, but I had no cash on hand for her. Thank you.

Linens and towels were delivered on time and were wonderful. Cleaning the cottage is a bonus to our holiday. We will use their services again next year!
