Pave Tech did our driveway in the fall of 2019, and it improved our "curb appeal" 100%! Our neighbor used him first, and my husband and I saw how great it looked, and how much the driveway beautified their overall home appearance.
We grabbed owner, Eddie Hernandez, on the spot. His price was fair and reasonable, and he explained what the job would entail to get the best results. He made a couple of suggestions about how he would do the job to make it even more attractive and to make the most out of the driveway space, maximizing the width but also adding grace to the shape. His crew was excellent, and Eddie was there to supervise over the 2 days it took to get it done. These guys knew what they were doing! I've seen lots of driveways with signs from other businesses, but Pave Tech is clearly stellar. Mine looked so great, I hated to have any cars on it!

We had a great experience working with Eddie and PaveTech LLC!! Lots of up front planning and attention to detail. They were on the job site right on schedule and finished on time. The job was superb. We love our new driveway and paver paths. Totally transparent about the costs, and easy to deal with as the job evolved. Eddie gives good advice about what you need. Eddie also follows up after the job is completed, and re-inspects. We made a hole in the blacktop by accident and it was addressed promptly.

Our job was a 200 foot driveway and several hundred feet of paver walk. It looks awesome. They have all the right heavy equipment and make it look easy.

Eddie responded promptly to my request for a quote. He met me and discussed the problems I needed to solve. He quoted a fair rate and that's what he charged. The work was done promptly, leaving my driveway out of service less than a day - while I was at work. The results look great. Everything is graded and leveled just right so I'll have no more problems with runoff and sediment. Good work Eddie!

After two nightmare contractor issues related to some foundation work, it left the driveway/parking lot and property of our condo building in disrepair.

Eddie and his team did an amazing job correcting the issues and made our driveway look pristine. The property is located in a busy Boston neighborhood with difficult access. They were able to complete the work in the quoted timeline and we couldn't be more happy. Eddie was also very easy to communicate with and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

Eddie and his Pave Tech crew did a beautiful job on our driveway, sidewalk, and filling in some potholes. Their lines are neat and I thought they did a really good job of integrating the new asphalt at connection points with old asphalt. Grading was also well done to make sure there wasn't any pooling. Highly recommend!

Eddie came highly recommended to us from a friend who had recently had Pave Tech do his driveway and patio. We needed our driveway resealed and Eddie patiently answered our questions about how things worked. He also accommodated the schedule of our condo neighbors so it would be finished in time for them to be able to leave their cars in the driveway while they went away on a trip. I am very satisfied with their work -- the driveway looks better than I could have imagined it and I have the peace of mind of knowing that we had a reputable company help us with the upkeep.

Eddie Henriquez, Owner of Pave Tech, and his crew replaced our driveway in April, 2024. A year later, we are still pleased with the results. Our old driveway was ugly & a mess--it had multiple corroding layers and pooled water near our garage door--which, in the winter, caused dangerous patches of ice. Eddie analyzed our drainage problem and had his crew fix it by installing a below-ground pipe and connecting it to a downspout that had been spilling water onto the driveway. In addition, after the asphalt was laid, he himself checked the grade in different spots to make sure that rainwater and melting snow would run off the driveway into our side yard and no longer pool in front of our garage door. He did that by taking our hose and spraying water all over the driveway--it was interesting to watch (I videoed it), and it demonstrated that the problem was solved. I highly recommend Eddie Henriquez at Pave Tech LLC. He was responsive to my initial inquiry about repaving my driveway and installing cobblestone borders in October 2020 and offered a fair price for the job. Eddie was a pleasure to work with, his crew was friendly, on time and very efficient. They lengthened the driveway per my request, adjusted the grade to improve surface water runoff, and installed cobblestone border and entry area. The driveway has performed well this past year and I had them return (as recommended) to seal coat the driveway today, along with making a minor asphalt repair next to one of the cobblestones that was hit by another contractor. Once again, Eddie’s worker was friendly, on time and very efficient, and the price was fair.

Eddie, the owner, was highly professional in my several interactions with him—responsive, clear in his communications, and very pleasant. And his charges were quite reasonable. Technically, he brought years of experience to the project which translated into a superb result.

The actual work he and his team performed was on the large lot behind our condo complex that accommodated 20 cars. It hadn’t been paved in more than 35 years and was pocked with potholes and uneven surfaces and had a drop-off at the end of the area to be paved. In short, it was a challenge. His team worked smoothly and efficiently, and overcame all the obstacles flawlessly. We are all amazed by, and grateful for, the skill that he brought to this project. I can’t recommend him more highly.

Quality work, fair price, no hassle, and a contractor who cares about delivering what you need. Eddie and Pave Tech were excellent from beginning to end. Our condo association needed to repave a large parking area AND dramatically improve the drainage. Eddie didn't play any games, gave us a straight and fair quote, and delivered on exactly what he had promised, and more. All we had to do was clear the driveway for a few days and Eddie and his team of pros did everything else. Eddie and his awesome team at PaveTech installed a brand new, double wide driveway for us in 2016. It has held up great, w/absolutely no drainage issues nor cracking issues, and he just came back to seal coat it so it’s looking brand new again. We recommended him to several friends in the area who are also extremely pleased with his work. Prices fair and reasonable too!

Several years ago, Eddie and his crew paved our driveway and did a great job. I contacted him a few months back to come and seal coat the pavement. His crew came by this past Sunday and applied the seal coat. The driveway looks beautiful and now repels water. Pave Tech doesn't disappoint!
