The owner/operator is friendly. His prices are reasonable. His passion for the art of repair is readily apparent. The place is a little hard to spot. You need to look to the parking lot on the right of the package store.

Last week, the image on our 13 month old Samsung TV froze and then went blank. After spending thousands on three Samsung TVs over the last three years, we were told by Samsung that they would not stand behind the product (separate complaint). But, they did provide us with the name of Bay State Electronics for repairs. So I called there and David, the owner, was very nice and helpful. He had me bring him the device on Wednesday, and the next day I picked it up, repaired! It wasn't terribly expensive and it functions! He was true to his word, easy to deal with, and friendly. I would highly recommend Bay State Electronics if you need a repair.

Spoke to Dave who was very helpful even before charging me anything. Also their rate for a service call is significantly less than others in the local area. If I can't fix it Dave you will be the one I reach out to.

Dave was great. He went above and beyond to try and fix my ancient washer/dryer combo unit that is 20+ years old. Ultimately, the motor was shot so its not worth it to fix but he spent several hours and 2 trips here to try and troubleshoot before we agreed that it was time for a new unit. I will 100% be calling Dave in the future and will recommend his services to anyone that has appliance issues. Thanks Dave!
