Updated: They read the review and called me about it. It’s getting ridiculous. I told them I should have canceled the appointment, but I want to keep it because I understand they’d need to fill the slot with someone else, which they might not be able to do. Otherwise, I would have canceled already. Regina told me she’s calling me because someone higher up wants to, but she’s the wife of the owner. They’ve been my place for almost 10 years, and they lost me because of how they handled the situation poorly. I’m really disappointed. This clearly shows me how greedy they are. They want to add the surcharge to cover their own fuel instead of going miles for long time customers. And now they told I flipped out the office. Wow, that’s simply unbelievable. I wrote this review in a calm manner. It’s true that when you have a problem, you’ll see people’s true faces. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all based solely on how they treat their customers.

It used to be a great service, and I believe it still is. However, they’ve decided to charge a fuel surcharge for their services, which we already pay for. They claim that this fee is temporary, but if it is, why don’t they absorb the cost for this year and make it up later?

I’m one of their first customers, having been promised a $99 maintenance fee that never increased if I kept the service annually. I’ve been paying them yearly until now, but three years later, they charged me $150. Now, they’re adding a $10 surcharge for fuel. It’s not a significant amount, but it feels like they’re taking advantage of us.

I’ll have to seriously consider my business with them next year.
