My initial project involved water damage in a den. Charlie Fisher responded promptly to evaluate the room and developed a quote for the repairs in a timely fashion. He worked closely with the insurance company throughout the project keeping the adjuster updated on repair status. Charlie’s team did a great job of transforming an outdated den into a bright, modern room. The second project involved mold remediation from a bathroom ceiling. That project turned out well and was managed as successfully as the first. I was very impressed with Charlie’s project management skills and I would highly recommend him and his team.

I have used J. Brian Day's services for carpet cleaning in my rental properties and have been happy with both the quality of the work and the service. Vincent S. has always been very responsive to my calls, making a request for carpet cleaning hassle-free.

The entire experience with J.Brian Day company was great! Gay the booking receptionist was cheerful and helped to get my rug cleaned before tenants moved in. The service tech did a fabulous job on the rug. I would highly recommend this company.

I had significant water damage in my house this past March when a sink overflowed from my second floor bathroom down to the basement. This emergency occurred on a Sunday morning, and by early afternoon, Charlie Fisher, the project manager for J. Brian Day, had assessed the damage and determined what action was needed to dry out my house and prevent the development of mold.

Throughout the entire three-month process, I was immensely impressed with the efficiency, expertise, and professional work ethic that Charlie and his workmen brought to the task of restoring my house to its original pristine condition. I especially appreciated the special care they took to be sure all my concerns were addressed. I cannot express enough gratitude for their efforts and highly recommend them.

Yesterday morning I called J Brian Day carpet cleaning Dept and they agreed to an older advertised discounted price. They actually arrived at 12 noon and left before 1:30 pm . I am extremely happy with the results on my two 10 x 12 area rugs. There was minimal dampness in the rugs because they use a large suction hose that empties moisture into a tank in the van that was parked outside in my driveway . This was my second time using them and I will definitely call them in the future. Happy Franklin resident.

Incredibly responsive, even on the Friday of Christmas weekend after we had a large flood in our kitchen extending to our (finished)basement. Within an hour of me calling, a project manager was at our house to assess damage, and within 5 hours had an on call crew out to the house to set up 12 fans and 3 large dehumidifiers. They checked in with us, came back the day after Christmas to see how dry everything was and then followed up a week later with a crew coming back to get the equipment. If all companies could be as professional and responsive!!!! Hoping I never have to go through that again, but if I do, I know who to call and have told everyone I know! Thank you again!

We were thinking of replacing our family room rug, as it was stained with coffee from "shaky" hands.
I read a review for J Brian Day and decided to try them first. I had my family room and 3 season room rugs cleaned on a special. Mike did a great job! He got all the stains out. Rugs dried in a few hours and look and smell great! Thank you! Will recommend you!

We have engaged J. Brian Day on several occasions to clean our carpets and upholstery, and we've been very pleased with the experience. They are pleasant to deal with, the work quality is very good, and the fees are reasonable.

After finding a problem with water damage and mold in the insulation in my home, I contacted J. Brien Day Services to help me. They immediately got back to me and started work the following day. Their work was completed in a timely fashion and their workers were extremely pleasant, keeping me abreast of what was happening at all times, while working with my insurance company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this kind of service. Also, I have used them for rug cleaning on the past and was extremely happy with the job, considering I had puppy stains on a white Oriental. I am not related to anyone and have no connection with the company at all. If you need help, call J. Brien Day, you'll be very happy with them.

J. Brian Day is a customer oriented service company. They came out to clean my carpets and were polite, courteous and moved any furniture in the way. Mike, the service tech, was a knowledgeable and very accommodating young man. He completed the job, removing stains that had been there for many years. I was happy with their services, considering the carpets hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The next day, Gay from their office calls and asks how every came-out. I told her fine and went on to say that one of the very difficult stains re-appeared slightly. She immediately ask me when I’d be home so she could send someone back to take another look at removing it. Two days later out comes “Butch”, a 25+ year employee. Great, great guy! No excuses and one very experienced and passionate person about getting the job done! He worked on the problem area for about 20-30 minutes and touched-up a couple other spots that I hadn’t seen. One week has past, NO stains and the carpets look new!
Also, no charge for the second visit – very unusual in this day and age of contractors getting paid up front and “getting in and out” as quickly as possible.
By the way – same positive experience with their flooring division. They installed ~1,600 SQFT of carpet. Nothing but very positive comments about David Radcliff – one of their flooring sales experts. He was easy to work with, kept his word and was very accommodating.
I highly recommend J. Brian Day for cleaning, carpeting / flooring and any “emergency services” that may be required. Their prices were more than fair and their customer service is EXCELLENT!

From the mediation of the water our basement took on to the flooring replacement, I must say that I was incredibly impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and courtesy of this organization. The initial representative that came to our home was amazing, explained every step of the process, and they began almost immediately with getting the water cleaned up and the basement dry. They then came the next day to remove all of the damaged flooring and baseboards, and treated the entire are for mold so that it wouldn't grow. Then, from the salesperson to the flooring installers, we were so thrilled. Dave was very helpful, and the crew that installed the floor were quick, thorough, and the floor came out amazing! We are so glad we chose J. Brian Day for this job.

As a facilities manager, I engage J. Brian Day Emergency Services for my carpet cleaning. They are always on time and on budget. They are always prompt in answering their phone calls and emails and the actual cleaning is great. All of the staff, from the office to the technicians are professional and courteous. My family and I have used J. Brian Day for many years. Recently the apartment I share with my girlfriend, our 2 cats and my 8 year old needed a cleaning and J. Brian Day was who I called first. When my girlfriend got home later that day she was amazed. White carpets are never easy and JBD did a great job.

I recently hired J. Brian Day to clean my living room furniture and an area rug. I was very pleased with the whole process from booking the appointment with customer service rep Gay Jacques to the tech who came out to the house and actually did the cleaning. I was quoted a time of arrival and the service tech that came to the house was very prompt. Upon arriving he introduced himself, explained the process of what he was going to do, about how long it was going to take and how long the drying time would take. Then he went about cleaning the furniture. He did an extremely thorough job. I was so pleased with the results, my furniture looked brand-new when he was done with it. He then rolled the area rug and took it with him to have it cleaned back at the company. Within the next day or two I received a follow-up phone call from gay checking in to make sure I was pleased with the service or if I had any concerns or follow-up questions. I would definitely use J Brian Day again in the future and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to have their rugs or furniture cleaned.

I called to inquire about having a sofa and chair cleaned for my elderly mother. Vincent quoted me a fair price and Gay scheduled the cleaning for the very next day. The technician arrived promptly and was very pleasant and helpful. The sofa came out great. It was not as soiled as the chair. And the chair looks fantastic. There were stains from the grand children that we though were ground in. If we knew the furniture would look this wonderful we would have scheduled sooner. I would highly recommend and use J. Brian Day again in the future.
