Guillermo and team realized that our gutters had been installed incorrectly decades ago, something missed by two other roofing companies. He told us that replacing them would help with water in the basement.

His team fixed it quickly, working over the holiday weekend. I asked for a few changes to the outflow, which they did the same day. Six months later, Guillermo was correct, our basement has been dry ever since! Excellent work.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Hristo of Boston Gutters. He was extremely professional. He answered my many questions {and I had many more than the typical customer}. He was patient with me as I tried to learn the ins and outs of my different options when he arrived at my house in Arlington to give me an estimate. The quote was reasonable and fair. I even went so far as to put a deposit on the work. However, I had changed my mind for several reasons. He was more than fair and equitable with me and refunded my total deposit. This is not the typical way that I have seen with other contractors. His understanding of my altered situation makes me believe that he is not out to just make fast money off his work but cares about the work he does. He likes to develop happy and satisfied customers who would be likely to recommend his work to others. I give him an A+ for an appreciated and good interaction.

Extremely knowledgeable about different gutter guard products and offer timely installation service at a great price.

For example, they recommended a higher quality gutter guard product than a competitor, for approximately the same cost. They were also open to answering questions about other brands, had even offered to install them instead, all while being honest and up front. Highly recommend.

Hristo (sales) is extremely easy to communicate with as well. The servicemen make little noise and are quick to get in and out.

Chris with Boston Gutters was a pleasure to work with! He and his team were very nice, clean, fast, and efficient. Boston Roofing And gutters did an excellent job replacing our roof. Hristo may have been the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with. He came out to look at the roof the same day I called, and they were immediately able to start when I was ready. The roof came out great, and I honestly don't even know how they were able to clean up so thoroughly.

This company assisted me with a leaky vent on my roof and was the only company willing to help. They came right away to look at it and gave me a date to repair. They came a few days earlier to beat the storm and I was grateful. They repaired the roof with no issues and went above and beyond. Very happy with my service from this company. Had a "small job" I reached out on, within a day they came and did a walkaround for the estimate. We found some creative solutions to my issues (note, I did the PVC work in the photo below, and worked with them to ensure alignment with the downspouts they installed) with water drainage and then the next day they came out and executed on it. They did exactly what was discussed during the walkaround and the pricing was very reasonable. Super happy, would recommend to anyone seeking gutter or downspout work!

Gutters and Rotten Facia board with flashing was finished promptly in one day. They found issue when cleaning gutters and quickly informed me of problem. All contract info was completed promptly. Work done professionally. Chris is a consummate professional. Quick responses and photos.

A few weeks ago Sean Murphy Painting did the exterior of my house ,back porch and small front porch. I was impressed by how hard the crew worked esp. with temps. in the upper 90's. The job was completed very quickly (3 days) and was meticulous. They did a beautiful job.

Thomas and the BVA Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning crew are amazing! We had them out for a standard dryer vent cleaning because we reside in Quincy. When Thomas observed problems with the chimney, their chimney repair crew took care of it expertly. Additionally, the pest control service was excellent; they quickly resolved a roach problem. The temperature immediately improved when we had the attic insulation replaced. Their mold removal and cleanup service handled everything when mold started to grow close to our bathroom vents. Old flashing was fixed with the help of roofing services. Our new favorite in Quincy for house maintenance is BVA. I heartily endorse them!

The technician, Steve, started with a full Air Duct Inspection to identify dust and debris buildup. He took time to explain everything before beginning the cleaning.
