I'm so glad I found Fasteny Appliance Repair. Rick was fantastic. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting my old Kenmore washer and gave me all sorts of helpful info. I decided to have him replace the motor since it "bought me some time" to decide what to purchase when I got a new one -- and he gave me advice about that, too. He was also a nice guy and extremely polite! The washer is working again, hooray! As a homeowner, I've known some bad contractors, but this was a great experience. Thanks, Rick! I highly recommend this company.

Alex and his assistant came to my house promptly after scheduling an appointment to fix my washer which wasn’t draining. They knew exactly how to fix it and they fixed the issue in an hour. They were very helpful and personable to explain what they did and how to maintain the efficiency of my washer going forward. If my wife and I ran into another appliance issue in the future we’d definitely use Alex and this service again.

Mack was awesome they were able to get my dryer fixed in under an hour and was amazing to deal with 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

Had a warranty on our range and had to go through a company called A&E service repair as they were contracted through our insurance company. We had seven different appointments with them and they only showed up four times and couldn’t fix it. I called Fasteny for help and they came out same day, 2 hours after I called. The tech fixed our range and was incredibly polite, helpful and did a great job. I can’t stress this enough. They did in 2 hours what A&E service repair failed to do in 7 visits!!
