Owner is a terrible person. Likes to impersonate law enforcement in company vehicle and use ILLEGAL flashing blue and red police lights while tailgating multiple drivers on MA-24.

Board Up King charged $7,000.00 for 11 pieces of plywood. I would rather have given my money to a den of thieves and have them put the plywood up, these guys rob you and expect a thank you.

Aggressive driver flipping people off after intentionally blocking lanes of traffic on rt. 24 into fall river. Easy to remember the name of the business from the flashy board up kingz design on the truck as a place not to call in an emergency if their drivers can't even maintain composure on a highway and are willing to endanger lives for their own bad day or whatever that was. Wouldn't want that guy showing up at our place on a good day let alone a bad one so judging on this employee representing this company in a company truck I'd never let them perform a service

When a giant tree fell through our roof, I called Board Up Kingz. Despite being headquarter in Revere, MA, Board Up Kingz is the go-to company in western Mass and throughout New England. Board Up Kingz coordinated the tree removal, then got to work boarding up and tarping right away. They take their work seriously and work quickly. We were watertight in no time.

The owner, Chris McDonald, was so easy to work with. He kept me updated and was never more than a phone call or text away with answers to any questions I had. Board Up Kingz worked directly with my insurance company—one less worry for us.

Kindness is big with me. Chris drove the 90+ minutes from Revere to Holyoke to be a second set of eyes and ears during my meeting with the adjuster from my insurance company. He insisted. I knew intrusted the right company and the right person for the first steps in rebuilding our home.

I had ServPro come to my rental property after I had evicted some tenants. My former tenants really did a number on the place. It was beyond filthy, with tons of damage to the walls and loads of trash. I can't describe how utterly filthy it was. It looked like they had never cleaned anything - for 3 years. How you get the inside of a washing machine and dishwasher filthy, I'll never know. But, I was provided with a quick estimate to clean up all the damage and prepare the house for painting and new tenants. Even though it was more than I was expecting to pay, but I'm not sure my expectations were realistic. I knew it would take a lot of hard work to clean the place and I realize that takes time. So, I thought ok, it needs it and I know Serv Pro has a good reputation. Well, boy, was I impressed. Not only was the house immaculate when they finished, they even were able to get rid of the awful smell of cat urine. They cleaned everything, floor to ceiling, removed all the trash and debris and did it quickly and efficiently. It took 2 guys 2 days to clean and sanitize the place. Honestly, it was worth every penny and I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.
