Tom completed a thorough inspection of our new home, and did a great job installing the Radon mitigation system. Very responsive and does clean work!

Used TMS for the installation of a radon mitigation system. The installation went very well. The basement is partially finished and Tom had to select a spot in the unfinished area to install the suction pipe that draws air from under the foundation.

We could not have been happier with their response and service of a dryer vent that needed cleaning and replacement.
Their response to our call was virtually immediate, and Thomas came to our home at 9 am the very next day. He diagnosed the issue, gave us some options. We were able to make a quick decision and, to our surprise, was ready to start the repair right then. He was finished within a couple of hours and took extra care to clean the area as if no repair work had been done - and probably left it cleaner than when he arrived. And we thought the cost was more than fair and reasonable, and that was money well spent.
And we thought Thomas was a polite and enjoyable person to meet and have in our home, and we were happy to have met someone we can confidently call if and when the need arises in the future.

Tom was great! He clean the full length of my dryer vent AND clean the dryer itself and installed a magnetic attachment so the dryer remains on the vent going outside. He pulled out the washer/dryer unit in tight quarters and cleaned the ceiling and walls and floor inside the unit’s compartment before reattaching it and putting the unit back. I’m grateful to have done business with Dryer Vent Cleaning, Co. I will definately have him back next year.

TMS did a GREAT JOB. A mouse crawled into our dryer exhaust and died inside the dryer. We tried to clean it but there was still a smell. TMS came out quickly, cleaned thoroughly, replaced an unsafe vent tube, and got us a new mouse-proof exhaust cover just over 24 hours later. Highly recommend!!

Tom was great -- came on time, explained what was going on, took care of the dryer vent from outside and in, and even gave us a heads up about stuff that might need to be fixed in the dryer soon. We'll go with him again next year.

We had an excellent experience with Tom at TMS. It was easy to make an appoitment. He arrived on time and we were'nt on site so he took a video of the dryer vent cleaning. Pretty cool!
