Avoid at all costs. Inaccurate estimates and trying to grift more money on multiple occasions, poor and delayed communication, less than ideal workmanship, zero accountability and consistent blame put on anyone and everyone around him, including his many employees that came and went during the course of my project because they couldn't work with him. Look elsewhere.

If you want quick reliable service this is the place to call. I needed the master bath done drywall work and painted. I spoke with him on Tuesday and that Friday the drywall guy had showed up and completed the entire job in one day. The painters are due to show up Monday. Very professional and friendly.

Used them for a 3 season addition, workers have been great any questions I am given great answers to the question. If I'm genuinely curious about something and just wanted to learn about the general construction of the addition or how something was done I get a great explanation. I'm planning on getting more work done with Tolman. Tolman is very modern with the payment system they use I get an email with each invoice I pay and a new receipt with all past payments and remaining total that's itemized each time. Again I will be using them for more work in the near future, modifying a bedroom and making a living room larger are next in my list.
