I've used Beyond Landscape Contracting for several years. They do a great job with my garden-- my roses have never looked better! All of the people who work there are polite and efficient. I'll be using them for years to come.

Poor customer service. I worked with a representative from Beyond who later left. He contracted for a spring clean up for my property. The end product was not what I expected. Another representative came to my home later to explain that that person was no longer with the company, looked at the work done, apologized for the misunderstanding and stated he would call me back to discuss how the work could be revised. He never called. I left a couple of messages. I later received a bill for the initial work (the subpar work I was dissatisfied with). They never called me back to preserve me as a customer and I eventually (and grudgingly) paid for the poor job. Hope they’ve changed management now as the gentlemen I’d worked with were quite poor customer service representatives.

I reached out to Beyond Landscape to ask for help with a major project. I ignored the exterior of my property in Northampton for about three summers because I hate gardening. When I drove up to the house early this spring, weeds had taken over, shrubs were out of control, It was a disaster. About a week later, I drove up my driveway and Beyond Landscape had totally transformed my home. It was INCREDIBLE! My property went from abandoned to pristine. On par with an HGTV makeover. I really can’t say enough about the care and level of detail Beyond Landscaping put into the project. Best part: my bill was half what I thought it would be. THANK YOU!

I hired them for spring cleanup, weekly mowing and fall cleanup. I’m giving one star because they did a good job with spring cleanup. But I had to terminate them mid summer after several incomplete mows, no shows and general lack of follow through and communication. It seemed like they have had lots of turnover in staff and lots of excuses related to that. Each time a new crew came out, they missed different parts of my yard. The owner took more than 3 weeks and many reminders to refund my account balance. I would not recommend them, unless you like frustration.

My yard looks amazing thanks to Larry and his crew. They do a great job with the fall and spring clean up and my plants are thriving. Beyond Landscaping is reliable and responsive, a great company to work with.

The owner of Beyond Landscape is a kind and generous man. Coming to my aid as I was stranded on the side of the road, he took a great deal of time and effort to get me back on my way. He was friendly and helpful--just the kind of person I would want to have working at my house. It's right to support good people, and I will use Beyond Landscape for all my landscape needs going forward.

We have hired Beyond Landscaping for large projects, yard and snow maintenance. In 2014 they solved some drainage problems on our property by installing a beautiful new permeable paver walkway and patio. Both have held up beautifully. Larry and his workers are always professional and responsive. Snow removal is prompt and thorough and the annual yard clean up is a great relief off our shoulders. Highly recommended.

I hired Beyond on a four season contract as a gift to my elderly parents and they were never so happy with the service, communication and expertise in their service. I was most pleased by the ease of paying the bill online through my own client portal which they sent me. I would recommend this company to everyone who wants this type of service. Very professional and customer service is second to none! They have my 5 stars but most pleasing was the happiness they brought to my parents. They even designed a new plant bed and Larry put his special touches on it which set it apart from the humdrum plant beds! He used stones and unusual plantings that were easy for my parents to care for and just didn’t throw a bunch of plants to fill the space. Very thoughtful in his design. Again, I’d recommend most highly to anyone who asks.

Great company! Larry did an awesome job putting together our flower beds. He asked for our opinion on plant choices but mostly we gave him free rein and it came out wonderfully! Truly beyond our expectations. The flowers, shrubs and trees he picked out are all beautiful. He even moved rock from our property and inserted them into the beds for more detail. I have also seen their hardscaping projects and they are phenomenal. We can't wait to have them do our back patio. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a home in Western MA after being away for 8 years and one of the first things I did was reach out to Larry at Beyond Landscape. Larry had taken care of my previous property when I lived in the area for over 10 years and I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else! Not only had Beyond Landscape taken care of the regular maintenance but also projects like creating a “blueberry house” to protect my 25 blueberry bushes and unique hardscape pieces in the garden areas. Larry brings such a wonderful balance of skills, knowledge (he always seems to know just the right plant for every location or what product to use for every project), and a sense of artistry and creativity to make every project unique. I was delighted when he responded and joined me in transforming the outdoor space in my new home. The first outdoor project has been a major one..
