Don’t walk, run. Maybe it’s friends and family leaving 5star reviews here as my experience is very different. An electrician came to “investigate” a few worn down outlets. Charge for just coming out $325. We are talking a couple of outlets in a bedroom not a 5000 sq ft house. After the “investigation” were told outlets needed to be replaced at a cost of $1200. This is a real quote not a joke. But the kicker is that the electrician that supposedly did a thorough investigation failed to notice some of the outlets were not connected to my breaker, they are probably controlled by the breaker in another unit in the building (it’s a condo). Who could have done such a shoddy job in connecting the circuits to the breaker box. That was done also by Markarian when it was hired by the condo board. When called to complain the answer was we don’t care go get another electrician. So yes, run don’t walk away from these jokers.

Chris from Markarian was efficient and polite. He quickly solved the problem we called them in for, and then he identified and replaced a broken switch for us when we asked about why bulbs kept blowing out in another room.
