When I tell you Morgan is the Michael Jordan of home inspectors, I am not exaggerating. This is a man I have said “I love you” to because he has saved us from buying homes with mold, asbestos, and everything in between. Other inspectors would not have found what Morgan finds. He goes looking for anything we need to know about in a way that no one else would compare. In one inspection the builder was there and could not believe what Morgan discovered. The builder was frustrated, but also understood nothing was getting by Morgan.

I had him do three inspections in a month because of the things we found in the other homes. I call him the dream killer because he will show you every issue in the house you you want. But really he is the dream maker. Everything he finds is a blessing in disguise. We finally found our home and it is rock solid. Morgan even found a dead squirrel under the patio that I bet the squirrel family could not locate. I hope Morgan is invincible and lives forever. I hope AI one day can replicate Morgan because we need more Morgans.

On top of the Michael Jordan level work he does, he is an incredible person. He is empathetic, caring, and will spend his valuable time to make sure you have what you need to make the right decisions. I cannot recommend him enough. Ladies and gentlemen, Morgan is the GOAT. Miner Sparks did a great job inspecting the house. He walks me through and teach me things to look for and look out for which was great since I will be a first time home owner. Definitely recommend.

Tom was great. Personable, knowledgeable and explained everything as it was happening. He asked me if I had any questions multiple times throughout the inspection and gave me time to express my concerns. He really looks out for you as a potential buyer. I even reached out to him with issues after the inspection and he was kind enough to take time to help out. He gets a 5/5. The company gets a 4/5 as the price of inspection was pretty steep compared to other companies.

Thomas did a fantastic job inspecting the home. He was very thorough and noticed little important things that were easy to miss. The drone and infrared camera footage enhanced the analysis. Finally, I would also commend the company’s web reporting interface with high resolution photos which is one of the best I’ve seen.

Extremely punctual, detail oriented, and competent. I would highly recommend working with this outfit.
The inspector even arrived with a drone to check out the roof, and discovered a couple of issues that need addressing.
The final report generated was emailed the next day in the afternoon. It was very comprehensive and helpful.
