The Team from Fresh Nest does a fantastic job cleaning our house. They are always on time. They work very efficiently from the moment they arrive. They clean the places that many housekeepers often ignore. They do a wonderful job in our kitchen, and all of the bathrooms. I always feel great after they leave since the house is SO Clean, the wood floors anre shining, and the house feels so refreshed. I would highly recommend them for your home.

I like businesses that are upfront about their pricing and this isn't one of them. Their quote doubled and they added a 8% charge for using a credit card which is absurd. My rug also didn't look any different. I wanted to support a smaller business but will go back to Stanley's

Do not use these guys. Called them to have carpet, sofa and chair cleaned and they quoted me $177 for all 3. Made appointment for today at 10 AM. At 10:45 they had not shown so I called and they said they would be there before noon. They called me before noon and said that they had been trying to reach me (I carry my cell phone at all times) and they would be there around 1 PM. A very young man came and said that he will give me a quote before he starts. Told him that I already got a price 2 days ago. He sat down and calculated a new price of around $350 and if I wanted a deep clean, it would be about $450. They are a scam. I told him to leave.

I used this business for carpet cleaning a room and a set of stairs. Their tech managed to park next to my one car in an otherwise empty 8 car driveway and dent the rear quarter panel when taking something out of their van.

What’s worse is that they then denied this after, despite video showing no dent before they arrived. I’ve been waiting for a call back from a manager “who’s done with their meeting in only 30 minutes” for 5 days now after multiple calls.

We had a tough tea stain on our carpet that I attempted to remove using three different store-bought carpet cleaners along with a mixture of Dawn and vinegar. Unfortunately, these only made the stain worse and spread it out more. When the tea spilled, I did try to blot it up right away with Resolve, and it looked fine at first, but under brighter light, the stain was still visible. Thankfully, Wayne came in and worked his magic to completely remove it! I honestly thought my carpet was ruined. We're so grateful for Wayne's expertise. Scheduled an appointment today, window from 12-3. At 3pm, no one had come, so I called and they said they would get back to me. At 3:30 I called again since no one had called me back and they again said they would get back to me. Called again at 4:30 and they said their equipment was broken and they weren't able to work in my town all day and that they should have called me. Yes, they should have called. I rearranged all my furniture to allow clear access to the rugs and now I have to find someone else.
