I got a same day response to my request, followed by a visit, evaluation, and quote. The work was done within the week. The job prior to mine was bigger than expected and I received a call letting me know this so I wouldn't be waiting and wondering. When the crew arrived, they were very polite, efficient, and John went over the installation with me so I would understand how my roof vent worked. I was very happy with the work and service. Highly recommended.

We had struggled for 10-12 years with "patches" done from an improper job that the prior owners had done in 2011. John took the time to fully inspect, from inside and outside, our roof, dormers and two areas of flat roof our home has (older home, built in 1908). This included sending over someone to get up on the roof and walk around all areas. Excellent communication and photos to document all areas of issues that were noted. Options were presented including spot area repairs, partial work, and a complete re-do. Ultimately, we opted for a complete new roof including flat roof sections, with vents added to 3 dormers and some shingle/flashing repair work on the dormers. Once work started, John was in continual contact, and his project manager Haley was on-site regularly. Work was completed very promptly, again with updates via photo documentation of the issue areas they fixed and updated. Excellent clean-up at the end of each day (this was a multi-day job). Work completed end of March, 2023. There have been 3 rain/wind storms since completion and (finally!) no areas of water seeping in!!

Everything about our experience with TrueHome Roofing was great. John was prompt with his initial inspection, and we had a quote from him within 2 hours and the price was competitive. Nick and the work crew were polite and professional. The work was completed in one day and the clean up was thorough. Highly recommended.

We are very satisfied with the roofing project done by TrueHome and we are very impressed by the team of John and Hailey.
We had been eyeing to replace our roof for a few years. It had no leak and was in a good shape, but it had been well more than 20 years and we did not want to get caught in a leak and then try to find a roofer in a hurry, but we went through the bad stretch of covid-19 and then the hyper-inflation, it was never a good time to do the job. Finally, this year we felt we had to get it done. Since we had been considering of reroofing for a while, we had a lot of time to research for good roofers. It is a big project, and even though it is not necessarily once a lifetime, but for how long we typically stay at one location, it is almost like so. Therefore, we were determined to find a reputable roofer and not to sacrifice the quality of the job even though we were looking for competitive price. We asked our neighbors, our colleagues, local Facebook/nextdoor for good references, but we didn't stop there. we also looked a bit beyond our "local" region, so in the end, we collected a group of very reputable roofers. Then when it came to the good roofing season of this year, for more than a few weeks, we called many of them to give us quotes, so we were fortunate to get a good amount of quality quotes from quite some very good roofers and in the end, we had a solid idea how the market price for reroofing was going. Among them, John gave us a very competitive price from the very beginning. Towards the end we still had a few very good offers competing one another. They are all from very reputable roofers, but we chose John. Quoting process was like an interview. They were all good in one way or another, but John checked all the boxes. Above all we felt John is genuine and true. From the get-go, the feeling that we had on John was that he was not necessarily a roofer trying to sell his job. Yes, we did sense that he wanted to get the job but more than that he was more like a helpful neighbor or friend who happens to be in the roofing business and knows nuts and bolts of it and gives his neighbors and friends helpful advice. We talked to many roofers, and they gave us a lot of information, similar and different too. At the end of the process, we pretty much had a very precise idea of the condition of our roof and carpentry around it and what John told us is the closest to it. Also, adding the fact that John came out with a very competitive price in the beginning made us feel that he is very trustworthy. Hailey then scheduled the roofing job and oversaw the process. Throughout the process, we felt very comfortable to communicate with Hailey. We were also doing the exterior painting and John and Hailey gave us advice how to move forward with the two jobs and fit roofing into it. Hailey was very patient with us even through doing two projects at the same time made it more complicated to do scheduling and we had many questions to ask due to it. On the roofing day, it was very hot and humid, Hailey was outside overseeing the job amid the high heat. The crew worked very hard amid the smothering weather. They came to our house very early in the morning, did the job no stopping, cleaned up very thoroughly and left us a beautiful roof with good workmanship. Thank you John, Hailey, the crew for the great job. We are glad that we found you and TrueHome and had you to do our roofing job!

Wanted to get my roof completed before the snow flies! TRUEHOME Roofing was timely in their work, courteous when it came to carefully watching for my new plantings, and cleanup of the yard was perfection.
They found some issues that were quickly remedied and loved that fact that instead of just doing, they involved me in decisions that needed to be made,; also saved me $$ by investigating inside before doing outside.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars; but alas... The entire process has been nothing but pleasant, direct & understanding. John came out in very short notice to come and inspect my roof; checking above the living space in the attic for any damage that may have been hiding beneath. Our roof was in desperate need of replacement and his team was on it. They were polite; very reasonably priced compared to the 3 other quotes I had gotten for my roof. They came out quickly; and immediately got right to work. Hailey kept a keen eye on her workers while they did their thing; and they did an amazing job with cleanup. There were no nails in the yard. No damage from when they took the old roofing off. It was also done before the day was over. Super amazing job; my house looks a million times better and now I no longer have to worry about it eventually raining in my home! hehe I would highly recommend John/Hailey & their team and commend them for their hard work and dedication!!

It was an absolute pleasure working with John/TrueHome Roofing. We had a WONDERFUL experience. John and his team were very professional and skilled. John came to our house with samples and showed us all the options costs.He did an attic assessment to examine the underside of the roof for any hidden damage which we loved because the 3 other companies did not request to inspect our attic. Hailey, the Manager coordinator was on site the entire process to make sure the installation process was seamless, she kept us informed, sending us pictures what needed to be done or replaced. The entire process has been beyond pleasant, our family so thrilled of the result, our older son wants to write a review as well because job was done in a timely manner, the staff did an excellent job cleaning our property after the job was completed. I was worried about my plants, the crew did a fantastic job by using boards to make a triangle shape to cover them properly. It was truly a top QUALITY work from a HIGH top quality company PERIOD. Great experience from start to finish - I originally reached out to John just to get a rough estimate with no idea if it was a project we were going to do. He came out and provided a conservative estimate for the siding and windows with no pressure. When we moved forward with the project the official quote was detailed and consistent with the initial estimate. The team was efficient (I was amazed at how quick they did the windows!) and friendly - I have two toddlers that regularly were in the windows waving at the workers who always gave a quick wave back. John regularly communicated with me on items as they came up whether it be some delays due to weather or surprises found under the old siding. He regularly texted, called, and stopped by to discuss details and together determine how best to proceed. The final cost was only 5% over the quote and the additional cost was for specific out of scope work that I knew about and approved. Summary - great communication, honest quote/cost, efficient & hardworking team.

John and his team hit it out of the park as I am very pleased with my new roof. The pricing was very reasonable and the work was of a high quality. The team showed up when they stated they would and finished the work in a day. A close friend recommended TRUEHOME to me after John and his team did his roof as well with the same outstanding results. We used TRUHOME Roofing to replace our older roof and then to side our house, including replacing our gutters. Our experience with both jobs was excellent. John was great at explaining our options and quickly responded to questions before and during our jobs. Hailey and the crew were fantastic. The crew was prompt each day and did a beautiful job with both the siding and the roof. They did a great job of cleaning up the yard after completing the work as well. The prices for all the work were very reasonable and lower than quotes I had received from other companies, amazing considering the level of workmanship that was done. I really can’t recommend them enough, just a great company to deal with from start to finish.

TRUEHOME Roofing recently completed a new roof along with PVC no maintenance trim boards on my 40 year old home. The results were absolutely amazing. The quality of the work and details that went into this project were top notch. The crew arrived exactly at 7AM as I was promised, covered the siding, windows and shrubs with tarps and quickly stripped the old roof. Every person knew what to do, and worked together non-stop until the job was done, all in one day. Note that the day they did this project, sunset was at 4:30PM. Absolutely every piece of trash was placed in the on site dumpster. The finished product is spectacular. John Sullivan was great to deal with and Hailey and the crew were very meticulous.
