These guys are true professionals! Gus came out to give me a estimate. He went over every detail to make sure I would get exactly what I was expecting. I didn’t get exactly what I was expecting, I got much more! Don’t hesitate to use Prime, they are the best! This site doesn’t have enough stars to give them.

Gut helped remove the paint and clean the driveway for our condo. He arrived on time and worked hard for the job. He did really good job. The price is competitive and we really appreciate his great work.

We hired them to clean our Church kitchen, bathrooms & a few different areas. We met first & then again to finalize what was expected of them. They were very professional & courteous. We found Prime Commercial Cleaning through the Mass Restaurant Association. As we do daily cleaning ourselves, we were looking for a company to do a deep cleaning on a regular basis. Gus and his crew are fantastic.. very timely, detailed, reasonably priced and follow-up to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction.

The owner "Gus" is probably one of the sweetest guys you'll ever meet. I use him to clean my homes gutters. They always do an amazing job. I love that they take before and after pictures and videos to show the work that they've done. I'm not sure if other gutter cleaner companies do that, but you never know you can trust. I would highly recommend their services

Gus and his associate did a wonderful job cleaning our patio, pool surround, steps and stone walls. He was very responsive to a slight issue that developed and really wants to be sure his customers are totally satisfied. I would recommend him without reservation.

Prime Commercial Cleaning, inc. provided an excellent service for the two offices we have and also the maintenance of two office buildings for us with weekly cleanings. The staff is very professional and attentive to details. They are willing to accommodate any special requests. Luis responds to any issues that may arise and is willing to provide any special services (ie deep carpet cleaning, window washing, etc.). We are very satisfied with the service provided.

Absolutely PERFECT window cleaning services. Gustavo and his team went above and beyond providing an outstanding service. Showed up on time, stayed longer than anticipated, they even vacuumed the house !!
My wife and I joke that the company removed the glass from the windows, so crispy clean they are , we can't even see reflexion anymore.

I am beyond thrilled with the job Gustavo and his team from Prime Commercial Cleaning did cleaning my windows! I have a LOT of them, and 6 skylights, so it was not an easy job. From the very beginning, Gustavo promptly and professionally introduced himself to me in response to my search on my town Facebook page. When he came out to give me a quote he was friendly, personable, professional and polite...but not at all pushy. I got another quote as well, but in all honesty chose to work with Prime because I felt Gustavo was a genuinely nice, hard-working and experienced person. He kept in touch regularly to schedule the cleaning around the weather, and he and his 2 coworkers showed up promptly and because it was early morning...quietly. They took their time with each and every window, taking special care not to disrupt anything in our home. I could see Gustavo making several rounds to double and triple check their work inside and out, and before accepting payment, insisted on doing it again with me. The glass is so clean, I'm concerned someone might walk through the sliding door! :) I'm glad to know Prime also does power washing, which our home desperately needs, so we will be calling them for that task once some carpentry work is completed. Gustavo and his team were excellent!! They did window cleaning for us the first time. They were punctual, thorough, very careful with how they moved in the house and managed the windows. The windows were amazing for months!! We liked their job so much, we had them back for gutter cleaning and power washing as well!! Excellent quality and great service!! I decided to go with prime cleaning after doing quite a bit of renovations to my house expecting a job well done. Their workers executed a really good cleaning performance along with showing up on time and being respectful. Not only did they clean but they organized places that were messy like our storage room. And overall they were very helpful with the mess that was made during renovations. I would highly recommend the company. A quick note to add is that we had to have more cleaning done after emptying boxes that we crowded 2 rooms with during renovations. This had to be done about a month after moving in. This company was very flexible with our time needs and whenever we needed them to come in and do their job they came and did it well. Also the money they charged was fair and we were happy to pay for the job. I was so happy with the cleaning I hired them to power wash our pool area. To sum it up, I would strongly recommend.

I used Prime Commercial Cleaning, Inc. when I needed a cleaning company on an as-needed basis for my work. We have construction jobs all over the Boston & New England area and often rent offices or have trailers for management to work out of during the duration of the job, which is usually bridges or roadwork. PRIME was excellent to deal with, even during issues on OUR end with our door locking system. They were always able to fit me in, even with short notice and we were very happy with services provided. I will be using them for any offices or trailers that I need cleaned on upcoming jobs in the area. They come out to give free estimates and are on time & professional.
