EPOS reps( Dan and Tom) were quick to return my call and to come to the house the same day I contacted the office. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. We have used EPOS before , always a good experience .

Tom came out and quickly fixed what Xfinity had changed in my wifi modem that had shut down all my tvs and computers. Xfinity wasn't going to be able to get to me until the next day. We had already been down one day. He was as great as the last time he had to fix an Xfinity problem.
