We hired Pat and his team to repair our tile roof, which needed complete replacement of the underlayment. On top of it, our chimneys needed repair, which they were able to do while completing the roof work! We are thrilled with the quality of the roof

Pat and his team were extremely professional and courteous. They started and ended on time (3 week project) and cleaned up carefully each day so we had no issues with sharp debris.

We hope our roof needs no more repairs for many many years but we would happily hire Pat again for any repairs that come up!

Pat Smith @ Lifetime Tilers proved to be the voice of reason when our inspector indicated that the tile roof on the 100-year-old home we’d just put an offer on was nearing the end of its life. We’d consulted a few other roofing specialists before meeting Pat, all of whom indicated very costly and involved repairs were needed. Meanwhile, the Roofing contractor the Seller recommended maintained no updates were needed given the quality of materials used and previous work performed. When Pat came on site he allayed our concerns, and mitigated confusion among all parties involved, with his expertise and honest, transparent approach to our situation. His evaluation revealed the roof would need some maintenance work, but nothing that would sacrifice the character and charm of our home or break the bank in the process unnecessarily. For anybody looking for an expert who can be trusted, and who will offer a fair and honest assessment, we wholeheartedly recommend Pat @ Lifetime Tilers. His knowledge of tile, as used more readily in his native Ireland, and the longevity it offers when treated with care, rendered his approach more of a craft than just a job to be done. Last but not least, he and his team accomplished the job quickly and efficiently given our desire to make renovations prior to moving in. Thank you, Pat!
