In 2020, my roof started leaking around my old manual skylight many years after installation. No roofer had warned me that skylights had a limited life, even roofers who'd replaced the roof completely in 2015.
After several local roofers gave me estimates and discussed options with me, I chose Flynn Roofing because the price was reasonable, the information about options (including the tax saving available for a solar powered skylight) was the most complete, and Stephen Flynn, the owner discussed all this intelligently with me.
During the pandemic, he took all reasonable precautions to protect my, his and his workers health, and performed the work on time.
Since then, I've had reason to call him again (a leak at the section where solar panel were installed in 2017). He made me aware of some of the problems he'd found with solar panel installers (that they make mistakes and only patch them over for short-term fixing) provided photos of the problems and gave me the tools I needed to deal with the problem.
You don't get this kind of honest, helpful engagement everywhere, and if you want it, want a good professional job and a reasonable price, you should go with him.

Flynn Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. The job was completed within a day. They care about the cleanliness of the surrounding. My yard and my neighbor's yard were cleaned several times. Great job!

We selected Flynn Roofing of Weymouth to replace our roof after a 2-month search for a competent professional roofer. They have it all. They document the work to be completed, they return telephone calls, and their employees are competent and neat. I learned early on with any contractor, if they do not return calls when you are requesting a bid-how will they respond if there is a problem?
When I requested a list of 5 references, Steve Flynn gave me an excel spread sheet of over 1500 names and addresses of roofs they have done over the years.
Once the job was completed and I reviewed the work, there was one issue regarding a vent pipe in the roof. I am not sure if this problem was always there or a function of prior work, but when I pointed out this minor issue to the job foreman, there was no blaming of possible prior work and the roofers just fixed the issue.
My neighbors who recently had a roof replaced, found debris that was left by their roofers as well as nails on the ground. When Flynn completed the roof, I walked my property as well as the street in front of my house and could not find ONE nail.
If you want a professional job, done by professional roofers this is the company to consider.

Steve was very commutative and was able to explain every step what was going on happen. While well overdue for a new roof, he didn't use scare tactics to get buy in, he came in fair price, and to help choose the color for our roof was able to share more than swatches and pictures.

Flynn Roofing is the first company to work on our home that I truly trusted from start to finish. Their team is very thorough, even sweeping my driveway with a dustpan and broom to make sure there were no nails left over. I can't recommend them enough.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Stephen Flynn and his crew replaced my roof, gutters, and installed two new Velux solar skylights in July 2020. From contact to finish, a highly professional experience. Stephen was prompt in scheduling a site visit, Robyn got the quote/contract out quickly, and the work was scheduled in a reasonable period of time given summer high season and our New England weather. The job was two days, start to finish. Removing the old roof, gutters, and two existing skylights, laying down weather protection and flashing, doing some sheathing & fascia repair, installing the new roof, gutters, and skylights. The job was done cleanly too, with a dumpster and lots of tarps, no damage to my lawn & plantings, no residual roofing material or nails.

Highly recommend Flynn Roofing. Very professional and thorough. Roof replacement along with necessary repairs were done without disruption. Referred them to a friend who hired them and agreed they were excellent.
Followup work on 2 gutter issues also done very professionally and reasonably priced compared to other estimates.
