Called to schedule service on a cloths washer that was "controls locked", Fully expected a 2 or 3 day wait for a technition to come to my home but instead got a text request for pictures of my washer. 10 minutes later recieved instructions on how to reset the system myself. Worked like a charm!!! Simply the finest kind of customer service.

Paul was very helpful and determined to get to the bottom of the problem with our fridge. Hopefully when the part gets in all will be resolved. Update: part came in and Paul has been back to finish the job...so far so good, Thanks for your professionalism and timely repair work.

We got lucky with a cancellation and we paid an emergent visit fee which they arranged with in the hour. Quick responses. We had Paul who came out to diagnose and fix our fridge. He knew what exactly was wrong with in seconds and had the part to replace it in his vehicle!! He replaced the part and was cautious taking out drawers, or other items necessary to get to the fan that needed replacement. He made sure everything was done right, put back, with no issues and stated if we have any problems let them know they’ll come back out no problem. Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable and friendly. My time widow was between 3:00 -7:00. did not arrive until after 7.
Had never seen an icemaker like mine before and the only option suggested was to purchase a new one which was over $400. Also asked to have the filter cover removed, tried once stated he could not, and would only try again if I chose to have the water turned off. Was unhappy that on other options were presented ... a long wait for nothing

Paul came out to service my oven this week. He was punctual, informative, fast, and professional. He was able to find replacement parts for my oven and complete the repair within just a few hours. I will definitely use Cityscape for any future appliance repair needs.

Exceptional service. I contacted Cityscape via email to get a ballpark price on my refrigerator that was broken, they gave me price range. They were very quick to respond, extremely polite, gave me the feeling even in the email that they appreciated me contacting them, even after I said I wanted to think about it. When I contacted them as we decided to have them come out, again, replied very quickly we set up an appointment. I was emailed the day they were coming with who was coming. They accept all forms of payment. Our technician was quick, gave us great advice how to prolong the life of the refrigerator but also didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. I would recommend them to anyone. A good old fashioned business model, something you rarely see anymore. We are customers for life. Thank you.
