Highly recommend Gibbs Pool — they are truly the best!

Gibbs Pool has been maintaining my parents’ pool for over 15 years, and now that we have our own pool, there was no question!

They are some of the most honest, intelligent, and family-friendly people you could work with. Recently we had our pool re-tiled, replaced old copper drain, a new light installed, power washed, basically made it look like a brand new pool and the entire process was absolutely flawless. From start to finish, everything was smooth — no anxiety, no hiccups, and completely affordable.

They truly went above and beyond by helping us avoid unnecessary work and costs, making smart recommendations, and taking the extra time to make the pool look brand new. They even power washed everything, leaving the whole area spotless and refreshed.

They made what could have been a stressful project feel easy and seamless. The results speak for themselves.

We HAD been happy with Sweetwater Pool Service for many years up until this summer. Due to their inability to fix ANY pool issues, to clean our system properly and their terrible communication and follow-up with us, our pool has been a total disaster since they opened it in May, so we just had to let them go.

Needing a new liner and some pipes repaired, I called Gibbs. Tim came right out had the pipes fixed, installed a new pump and a new liner. He and his crew are top-notch, very polite, and professional. I could not be happier with the quality of their work. If you need pool work done give Tim a call, you will not find one better.

We had called Gibbs to help come rescue what seemed like a broken pump or line for our inground... and Tim not only showed up pretty quick, and in this crazy heat we had that day, but did a thorough job. I mean, not JUST fixed our problem and cleaned out pump, but also made it far more serviceable in the future. It was amazing work, and the service price simply could not be beat. Awesome job! We will be using Gibbs for everything we need from now on. :)

Tim has been taking care of my Mom's pool for years. He's always there in an emergency, he never tries to overcharge or take advantage, and he does great work. I can't recommend him and his company enough. They're kind, friendly and very capable. If you need anything for your pool maintenance or repairs, opening, closing, anything, this is the company to call.

I highly recommend Gibbs pool service. I found Gibbs in approximately.2023. I lost my husband in 2019, I had very little experience taking care of the pool completely on my own. I used other pool companies and they did nothing but try to charge me for things I really did not need. Gibbs took the time to answer many of my questions and explained a lot to me. He took the time to physically show me the best way to maintain my pool. This year I had to replace the liner. Gibbs replaced the liner and walked me through the whole process. ( with much patience I might add) Gibbs pool service has always been respectful and kind, very professional and efficient. You definitely will not go wrong with Gibb's pool service.

Tim has been such a huge help and our pool would not be open this summer without him. He was always very punctual and got our pool done and completely opened in such a short amount of time, on top of having to repair a whole in the lining. He always communicated what he was doing, what still needed to be done, when he was going to do it and how to maintain the pool when he was finished. He went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to open their pool or needing pool maintenance.
