IRC is the absolute best. I have called on them countless times and they have come through for me and the properties I manage. Chris, Everton, Manny, Isabella - they are all amazing, friendly and highly responsive. I couldn't ask for a better team of professionals! They know what they are doing, they do it quickly, they communicate well, and they charge fair prices. Highly recommend!

IRC has been my go-to remediation company for a few years now. They are always on time, easy to communicate with and do excellent work from start to finish. Big or small job, IRC is the go-to.

I did not hire this company- but the apartment I rent from is contracted with them so they came in to do some drywall repairs/builds. Though they worked quickly and the end result looks fine- my apartment was left covered in dust (they didn’t cover any of my furniture) and I was also left with a cracked TV stand. I truthfully feel as though they stood on top of it, if not dropped something on it but never reported it to the leasing office or their own supervisor. I had covered the tv stand (tv was moved to another room to avoid being damaged which was clearly a good call) as well as my dining table and chairs with bed sheets. I didn’t notice the crack myself until I removed the sheet, which would likely explain why they didn’t say anything about it. However that doesn’t explain the drywall dust boot-print that was on the top of my couch. Not only did they not bother to cover it, but it was very clearly used as a step ladder by one of them. Overall would not recommend unless you are able to be there to make sure your property is properly cared for in the process.

HORRIBLE. The service was absolutely awful, If I could give it 0 stars I would. The only good thing they did was coming here on time. I had my son speak with them while I was next to him and we told them that we wanted to bleach clean our carpet. The day comes and they are cleaning our carpet you would think the job would at least take an hour or so but no they were only here for 15 minutes. I was in awe when they came and asked me for the money because it was done quickly. My son came and asked them if they’ll come back and finish it because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, they said yes they'll be back. About 2 hours passed and they didn’t comeback. I called them and It automatically went to voicemail that really pissed me off! I then had my daughter call them because they wouldn’t recognize her number and they automatically picked up that’s when I went off on them. The lady on the phone (Isabella) told me that she only spoke to my son about a “basic cleaning” she tried to lie to me but thank God I was sitting next to my son the day we scheduled the appointment. I told her we asked for a bleach cleaning. I will never in my life EVER make an appointment with you people and I hope nobody else does this. (Btw my apartment complex told me to call these people to clean my carpet).

Immediately responsive for scheduling; prompt arrival; great communication; and best of all a fantastic job of cleaning at a reasonable cost. As a first-time homeowner, I had no idea what I was getting myself into when a valve ruptured right under my bathtub on the third floor. Water was everywhere, and I honestly didn't know who to call or what to do next. My plumber referred me to Total Restoration, and that call changed everything.

When they showed up, Mark, the project manager, didn't just get to work. He actually sat down with me and walked me through the whole process. As someone who had never dealt with anything like this before, that meant the world to me. He explained what each machine did, why the dehumidifiers were so important, and how they were going to try to save my hardwood floors. They brought in these massive industrial machines with tubes going everywhere. I won't lie, it looked a little crazy, but they knew exactly what they were doing.

After I filed my insurance claim, Total Restoration worked directly with my adjuster, walked them through everything that was done, and got the work approved without me having to stress over the back and forth.

Three months later, my kitchen and bathroom looked brand new. As a first-time homeowner who almost lost it all, I can't recommend Total Restoration enough. They didn't just fix my home. They saved it.

Andy did a great job cleaning my large sectional with multiple pet stains. I would highly recommend him.

I have been using, and recommending, ECS Carpet Cleaners for over 30 years without disappointment. They are efficient, polite and professional. I was recently thinking about tossing out 2 area rugs that were looking tired, instead I hired ECS to clean them. They look great and I'm keeping them for another year or two!

I have three dogs in my house and my rugs get pretty dirty. I have ECS come every year and they do an amazing job. Rugs look brand new when they are done. I highly recommend them! Very reasonable price for what they do.

You guys did an EXCELLENT job on our carpeting and one chair. I can't believe, I was thinking of having my carpet in the upstairs hallway replaced, because the stains were SO bad! That carpeting looks beautiful now!
