We had our chimney cleaned last week by Shamrock CHIMNEY and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

I called Shamrock CHIMNEY for an inspection before winter and I’m glad I did. They found a small issue I didn’t even know about and fixed it before it became expensive. Very professional team 🔥

Do not call or schedule this company. Not only have I confirmed my appointment that day prior to my missed appointment but I contacted the office when I got home at the beginning of my appointment window to duble check. Wasted a half day off. I made this appointment 2 weeks ago to ensure I was home and avaliable. Total disappointment, amd waste of time. If you valve your time pick any other company!!!

Would recommend! They were wonderful to work with. Patrick came to give us a quote and then got started that same day! He was so hardworking with his partner, especially in the extreme heat. We are so appreciative to be ready for the fall/winter season.

I needed a chimney rebuilt. Guys came out and matched an earlier offer and told me they could start tomorrow. Promised water proofing and thorough cleanup after the job. They did the chimney which looked okay, but never waterproofed it and left rubble all over the area which I had to clean up myself. Do yourself a favor and hire local people whom you can connect and follow up with. These Shamrock people are unscrupulous and just take your money and run. There is no customer service or follow up. They didn't even try to fix the problem.

Honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up so well you wouldn’t even know they were there. Highly recommend.

I sought chimney sweep services through Angi; one of the recommended companies was Shamrock, who promptly contacted me. I made two separate, successive reservations for chimney sweep services with them and each time I had to take time off from work to ensure I was home during the scheduled window. Each time, I called several minutes prior to the start of the service window to see whether there was a better ETA and each time I was assured the techs were on schedule and would contact me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Each time Shamrock eventually called (well into the service window) to inform me the techs were unavailable. (Perhaps foolishly, I had rescheduled the first missed appointment, only to be disappointed again). They may eventually do a good job when they are finally on site, but I wouldn't know and don't appreciate missing work for no reason. Based on my experience, I recommend you find someone else who is more reliable.

Shamrock helped us convert our wood-burning fireplace to gas. They handled everything from the venting to connecting the log set. It looks beautiful and is so much easier to use. We love it!

Please do not trust this company whatsoever. They got soot all over my basement. I have pictures.
I have videos. I have everything to prove and this so-called company won’t even provide a restoration company to come and clean it up…
What they did offer me was a cheap $75 free cleaning next year in October of 2026 for a chimney cleaning, not to cover all the soot that is all over my personal belongings in my basement….they misinformed me when they said that they are a family run business. Oh they are not….I will be taking legal actions against them. Don’t trust Jamie , she’s not honest either …I couldn’t believe one of the workers named Mike asked if I had a broom? 🧹 all I had was a cheap small brush with a dust pan from the dollar tree because I actually vacuum . Now I can’t go down to my basement with soot getting all over my shoes. This is a total nightmare. I will be hiring an attorney and taking them to court, and I will win. Again please don’t trust this company….btw this Company is responsible to have their own powerful vacuums to clean up all the soot that flies all over the place and cover personal belongings. They did not provide any of the above, but a white van and ladder 🙄I had to provide a little dust pan with a brush. This is unacceptable and inexcusable…I am being honest and I have nothing to hide….btw this place claimed they were from Rutland, Ma

* This company just replied back to me and completely twisted the whole story. Literally they will do anything to cover up their lies. I did not provide a $75. They provided a free $75 cleaning of my chimney of Next year of October 2026. I have the messages saved.I have everything saved and furthermore they’re not telling you that they got SOOT all over my basement walls floor personal belongings everything…, they are at fault and I am continuing legal actions so they need to stop with their false lies ….

The crew was amazing! They worked hard all day in the hot sun to repair our chimney. They were polite, professional, and true experts in their field. We are so pleased with the results.

As a veteran myself, this veteran-owned company should be embarrassed of their customer service. I scheduled an appointment and was given a window from 1000-1300. Not only did they not communicate that their technician was delayed, I had to call into them at 1300 asking for an update. They then told me the technician was delayed and it would be closer to 1400 that they would be there. I then got a text right after the phone call that their technician was delayed (duh). I waited another hour and 15, no show. No communication. I had texted the number that texted me to ask for an update at 1400 as we are a busy family with other obligations and this has effectively wasted my entire day at this point. Did not receive a text back. I called back at 1415 stating that no one had showed, no one (again) had called or texted me with another update, and no one responded to my text. The woman I spoke with said nothing except "Well do you want to reschedule?" To which I replied "No not at this time" and then she hung up on me. I then got a text from the number, again immediately after I had called, asking if I'd like to reschedule. Wish I could get this day back, but instead I'll just have to chalk it up to yet another disappointing experience from a veteran-owned company that obviously doesn't remember the values of being accountable, timely, and kind, that were taught in the service.

They cleaned our chimney before the colder season and did an excellent job. Everything was done carefully and thoroughly. No mess left behind and the chimney works perfectly now 😊

Had waterproofing and a new chimney cap installed after rain issues. Since then, not a single leak. Friendly crew and meticulous cleanup. Problem completely solved.

Joe and Anthony came out to install a lining and stucco/mortar our chimney which was in need of repair. Joe noticed the pipes to our furnace were badly rusted and when replacing showed it was almost completely blocked! So far so good, they were courteous and went above and beyond in the heat and humidity.
