Omg this man Adolph Thompson has been so professional courteous kind just basically awesome. I’ve had problems with my ice maker for some time now. He repaired my freezer then the lines would freeze up or he would try something else just a great man. Super patient and relentless definitely going to figure this out! Never continued to charge me for service calls etc… wish all repair men were like this, right? Anyway last name is total coincidence no relation just trust me, he’s worth every penny….

Amazing service. Came out to Rockwood within a half hour of calling. Fixed me fridge and oven in less than an hour. Did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Came to fix my dryer same day and had it repaired very quickly. Running like new. Will definitely use Thompson again.

I used Thompson Appliance Repair to repair a stove that was out of commission for several months. Adolph was very responsive during the whole repair process. He was able to diagnose an issue that took more than one visit and each time he came back he was on time and prompt. Would recommend to anyone debating between repair or purchasing a new stove to see if Adolph can fix it.

Mr. Thompson and his staff are professional, honest and excellent workers. They have repaired our washer, dryer and dishwasher. On all three occasions, they arrived during the promised timeframe. They were courteous and honest in diagnosing and repairing the problems. Both technicians gave us honest answers and did not attempt to sell us a product or service that we did not need. They are a company of high quality workmanship and integrity. Technicians are skilled and knowledgeable about their products and offered services. Highly recommended.

Adolph arrived within the expected time slot provided; was quick to diagnose the problem with our Whirlpool washer, and made the necessary repair. He was in and out in less than 1 hour. We will use him in the future for appliance repair and would recommend Thompson Appliance to any one needing service.

Jesse was very professional & quick he knew what he was doing on replacing a boot seal on front loader washer which is no easy job. We really appreciate the owner Adolph in getting us next day appointment and very reasonable cost. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you 😊

Great Service!!! I made an appointment and due to an emergency situation Adolph the service representative had to cancel. He immediately contacted me to reschedule and followed up. He saved me quite a bit of money by being honest with me and not ripping me off...He could have told me I needed a part that I really didn't. Adolph was here in less than a half an hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed our dryer. Great, friendly service. After he left the dryer stopped working. I've made several calls since but he has failed to return my calls or follow up. Very disappointing.

Called Thompson's, Adolph returned my call in a short amount of time.
Made arrangements to stop out later that afternoon and had my problem diagnosed and fixed in about 15 minutes.

Great Company! Repair done SUPER FAST! (less than 30 minutes). I simply googled "Dryer Repair" and this company came up first! Price was reasonable although; I went back-and-forth about purchasing brand new. Got a chance to interact with the owner and he was very personable! He clearly cares about his company and that is good to see these days as I tell my business students at college the importance of connecting with their customers. Would definitely hire again.

Adolph was at my house about an hour after I called. He knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer and had the parts on hand. Very quick but efficient service, reasonable prices ( definitely cheaper than a new dryer!) And very professional. I've saved the number for future appliance repairs. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Adolph was super responsive and was able to come out and repair our dryer, same day! He was knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the trouble in less than 5 minutes from arrival. He explained what the issue was, had the needed parts on his truck, and was out the door less than a 1/2 hour later. Would highly recommend!

FIVE Stars for this company! Makes you feel good when you choose a company that follows through with what they say. In this day and time when you have so many companies that do the least possible. I was very impressed with Mr. Adolph. Very personable, on time, and made sure the job was complete and correct. I was nervous, calling for service regarding my refrigerator. Thinking of dollar signs for repair. You research companies and read results of what people have written about their experiences. It can become intimidating. This company was A Plus all the way. Exceptional!
